Come enjoy this quiet, beautiful retreat complete with a million dollar view of the Pamlico River. This brackish water is perfect for fishing, shrimping, crabbing, kayaking and swimming. With a private ramp and dock, it is a boaters paradise!
The space
This cozy cottage is nestled on a beautiful waterfront with access to a private boat ramp and dock. The house and deck are elevated, giving you a beautiful panoramic view of the river. Listen to the waves while you watch the sunrise/sunset, sometimes you can even see dolphins jumping in the distance. This truly is a paradise.
Guest access
Guest have full, private, access to the entire house, deck, dock, and boat ramp. Enjoy fishing, shrimping, crabbing, boating, swimming, kayaking, and more. Please be aware that sometimes high tide shuffles the rocks from the retaining wall, causing them be in the direct path of the ramp. Always check carefully before using the access.
Other things to note
Adult guests are free to use the kayak, life jacket provided.
