About this property

Welcome to the Saint Roch house

Classified furnished 4-star tourist house, ideal for a stay with family or friends offering the possibility of accommodating 6 to 8 people for a pleasant holiday.
Our favourite, the exterior, completely redesigned to offer you unforgettable moments. Swimming pool, outdoor terrace for your meals, garden furniture to relax, barbecue. Everything is there, only the sunscreen is missing.
Housing
Located in a peaceful dead end, you can combine rest and beach. Orpellières beach, classified Natura 2000, is 10 minutes away.

The house consists on the ground floor:

- A large living room with high ceilings which you will appreciate the volumes.
- A completely new kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen appliances and everything you need to cook easily.
- A bedroom with a 160 double bed and television
- A spacious and bright bathroom
- A separate WC
- A garage with a washing machine

On the first floor you will find:

- A mezzanine overlooking the living room, completely renovated with a convertible sofa bed 140 and a television. Very pleasant space to relax or to sleep there.
- 2 spacious bedrooms with storage cupboard and single beds in 90 that can be assembled as desired to make double beds in 180
- 1 bathroom and a separate WC.
In the corridors you will find large appreciable cupboards for always more storage.

The exterior was completely redesigned in 2023 for your well-being.
To have a good time with the family, a swimming pool has just been built. Of generous size and a depth of 1.40 meters so that young and old can enjoy the sunny days. Sunbeds are available for you to bask in the sun. Fully secured swimming pool with alarm for the little ones.

You can take your meals on the terrace and enjoy the barbecue for long summer evenings. A garden furniture is installed in front of the barbecue in order to have an aperitif before a good grill.

At the back of the house is a drying rack and an access door to the garage to store your bikes. It is not possible to bring your vehicle into the garage but a secure parking space inside the property is reserved for you.

The accommodation is managed by a concierge who intervenes for your well-being and your safety.

Welcome products offered on your arrival: Coffee doses, shower gel, shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, garbage bag and toilet paper.

Hotel quality linen provided: sheet, duvet cover, hand towel, bath mat, tea towel.
Linen cleaned by professional company at high temperature.

Béziers-Cap d'Agde airport is 20 minutes from the house.

You will be the only ones to access the whole house.

Parties and gatherings of more than 8 people are not permitted in the accommodation.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house.
The cleaning will be carried out by our concierge service, but this does not exclude that you will be asked to leave the accommodation clean, tidy, dishes done and put away in the cupboards, empty bins and clean barbecue.

Das Haus liegt außerhalb des Stadtzentrums in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine große neue Ikea-Küche mit guter Standard-Ausstattung. (Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern, Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, Filter- und Senseo-Kaffeemaschine). Ein paar mehr Teller und ein ordentliches Messer wären wünschenswert. Der riesige Wohn- und Essbereich bietet einen großen Tisch mit Platz für mindestens 8 Personen. In der Couchecke haben 3 Personen Platz. Hier läuft auch die Klimaanlage und kühlt große Teile des Erdgeschosses. Es gibt einen Ausgang zur Terrasse mit großem Holztisch und Platz für ca. 8 Personen. Außerdem gibt es 2 Liegestühle und 2 Sonnenliegen. Außerdem einen großen Sonnenschirm. Die Markise ist elektrisch bedienbar aber hat noch 70er Flair, ist gerissen und nur bedingt einsetzbar. Einen großen Sonnenschirm gibt es aber auch. Im Obergeschoss bleibt es warm, bis hierhin kommt die Klimaanlage nicht. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss hat eine große Dusche und Bidet. Das WC ist separat. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und einen großen Einbauschrank. Das Obergeschoss wurde mit Ausnahme des Bads und des separaten WCs (70er Charme mit kleiner Badewanne, Duschen eher schwierig) liebevoll renoviert. Eine nette Sofaecke auf der Empore und die 2 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten bieten viel Platz. Im Hof kann man parken. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses Wäsche aufhängen, in der Garage steht die Waschmaschine. WLAN wird wohl bald nachgerüstet. Der Garten war ungepflegt und hat nicht zum Verweilen eingeladen, was vielleicht auch am Wetter (30 Grad plus) lag. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten im Zentrum von Serignan. Es gibt mehrere Bäcker und Restaurants, einen netten Weinladen und ein paar Geschäftchen. Montags, Mittwochs und Freitags ist Markt. Große Supermärkte sind auch mit dem Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen. Zum Stand fährt man etwa 15 Minuten. Zum Schwimmbad 5 Minuten. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen, das Haus ist durchweg empfehlenswert mit ein paar kleine Abstrichen.
