Beautiful, well-located home!

We had a fantastic time! The house is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located near the Shoals Club. It was impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable. We hope to return next summer.

Excellent condition, location, amenities, manager

The house was excellent and in superb condition. Great layout, clean, comfortable beds, strong AC, near the beach, fast golf carts. The house had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful extras. The owner/manager was responsive and lovely. We will definitely try to stay here again.

It’s a wonderful house in great location. Karen was very nice and easy to communicate with. The steps to the third floor office area are very steep, but otherwise we loved the house and where very happy with our stay.

A Clean Getaway

Kokomo Cottage is a modern stay with short distances to family attractions. A clean and spacious destination for our labor day weekend. Highly Recommend!
