A Great Stay!

The Bunkhouse was just like it was described and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Jeff was a wonderful host and was available if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome Bunkhouse!

The property is a great spot for family. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property if you find yourselves near Lake Hartwell. We will definitely be returning for our visits.

Our Stay

We enjoyed our time here as much as we did two years ago! The Bunkhouse is just what we need when we want to get away from it all! It is clean, neat, and quite comfortable. We hope to return again soon!!

Absolutely Amazing!!!

Absolutely awesome property! We have stayed in a lot of Vrbos and have never been in one so clean! The kitchen has everything you need for a large family. The atmosphere is so relaxing and private. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a beautiful relaxing getaway!

Love this place!

This is my 2nd year staying here and I love it just as much as I did last year! Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. The hosts are amazing and are very communicative and helpful. The animals are the extra bonus that the kids love...especially Patches!

quiet bunk house retreat

Jeff provided a tidy bunk house with all the amenities. We loved being greeted by Patches the cat and petting the horses. The house was very spacious and a quiet place to get away from it all. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved our stay at The Bunk House. My children enjoyed themselves, and we appreciate Jeff and Casey adding more bliss to their stay with great kindness and hospitality. Peaceful Get Away

We spent several days in the Bunkhouse enjoying some long awaited family time. It was just as described if not better. It was peaceful, welcoming, and comfortable -- exactly what we needed! Accommodations were very clean and well stocked. Hosts were excellent! We felt like we were away from everything, yet restaurants and shopping were less than 15 minutes from us. We plan to go back!!

Great place

We had 4 people staying in the bunk house one couple in there seventies myself and my teenage daughter. It worked perfectly! My parents had privacy in the master and my daughter and I had our Own space in the other bedroom. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Great experience

Perfect place for fishermen. We were in town for a bass tournament. Plenty of parking for bass boat and even an overhang area so we did not have to cover the boat. The place was super clean. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations.

We Had a Nice Trip

Our children enjoyed the proximity to the horses and the cat very much. The owner and his family were warm and welcoming. The place is close to various natural attractions on the Appalachian foothills. The inside is very well decorated with a horse-and-cowboys theme - we really enjoyed our stay.
