Typically Parisian

The front room is bright and roomy, although lacking in a truly comfortable place to sit. Street noise was problematic at times, especially on weekends, but the "back" bedroom, which gives on the courtyard, was dependably calm and--in hot weather--cool and airy. Didn't really use the small and somewhat cramped but well-equipped kitchen very often--we ate most of our meals out. The "front" shower is tepid, but the identical "back" shower is warm and had a delightful window. Didn't use the one-person elevator except when moving in and out. The 62-step stairs were good exercise. All things considered, we'd stay there again.
