Great Location and Charming Condo

The Condo was in a perfect spot to walk to beach, or shopping nearby. Amazing backyard on the bay for Serene family time or great spot to fish. Captain Al was super attentive, quick to respond and very friendly. Customer service was top notch. Great for a family of 5. Wi-Fi worked great and TV’s were a nice break from beach and activities.

Awesome location everything within walking distance

We enjoyed all the amenities at our place. Beautiful patio on the water large kitchen and living room. Capt Al was an amazing host. This is my 2nd time booking with Vrbo and both times great experience.

I am very unhappy after we booked, paid and were already staying there they added a 200 dollar club fee after they researched club rules!! If there are fees they need to be upfront and in original contract!!

Luxury home away from home

We had a wonderful time. The location is ideal - so close to the beach, great food, and a few touristy stores. It was also set apart enough providing a calm and peaceful environment…and there is a fabulous view from the master bedroom. Everything one could possibly want (except maybe a few baking tools, but I’m guessing not many people bake when on vacation lol) was on site; huge smart TV’s in the bedrooms, the beds were really comfortable, and there were a plethora of nice, clean, fluffy towels - even shampoo/conditioner and body wash was provided. The hot tub was also a wonderful way to wind down at the end of the day. Captain Al was great with his communication and so hospitable and generous with his boat ride/tour. We would definitely return!

Perfect spot in Clearwater

My wife and had business in Clearwater/ Tampa, this made a great home base being located next to restaurants and the water. Clean and comfortable. We will be back again.

Welcome Friends I am Capt Al. Originally from New Jersey, I fell in love with the Florida lifestyle 50 years ago during Spring Break. Living here 35 years I can tell you it doesn' t get much better than Clearwater Beach. Here I get to swim in warm water most of the year, enjoy the great fresh seafood, and Tiki Bars. My passion is taking my friends and guests our in our boat and showing them the Real Florida at the islands just north in the Gulf of Mexico.
Prior to retirement and now in the vacation rental business, I was a licensed Doctor in Florida since 1976. Years prior I have scuba diving in the most exotic islands, motorcycled cross county and through Mexico, and enjoyed backpacking in the seventies through most of Europe. My partner Karen is from San Francisco and heads up our house keeping team who are always available for any special needs.
We love showing our guests how to enjoy the Salt Life.

Baywatch Waterfront Townhouse is a rare find. Built prior to all the new regulations it is not many stories up but directly on the water so you can see the water without having to walk to the edge of a balcony which you would need do in a new condo or town house.
There is no requirement for fences that would block the water view. You will enjoy spectacular waterfront views and watch the party boats go by in the evening as the Marina is just a few blocks away and the Yacht Club is 2 condos over.
