KBM Resorts is proud to represent this charming 1-bedroom, 2-bath Copperbottom Inn. This mountain retreat is perfect for a couple or small family or, if renting several of our 9 units, for groups traveling together. Enjoy a good book and snuggle into a blanket next to the crackling wood fireplace.

Within this upgraded, 600-square-foot residence, your family will feel right at home, with all the comforts one would expect. Guests enjoy access to a common hot tub and sauna on-site, as well (Hot tub is open from December through April 15th - closed summer). The condo sleeps 2 in beds, 3 with sofabed. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs)

Kitchen: Start your day in the boutique-size kitchenette with all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury vacation rental. Your kitchenette also features a small stainless oven and dishwasher. There is a table set for three.

Living: After an active day playing golf, mountain biking, or skiing/boarding, come home and relax in the comfy family room and relax by the crackling wood fireplace.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private deck, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with a dual shower/tub.

Bathrooms: There is an additional bathroom with a dual bathtub and shower.

There is a sofa bed in the living room (not to exceed 70lbs). Please do not exceed the sleeping capacity of 4 in this property.

Parking: One parking space outside is available, but with just steps to the free city-wide shuttle, transportation is a snap.

Location:The Copperbottom Inn is ideally located for shopping, dining and exploring Park City Mountain. A Starbucks and Fresh Market are right around the corner.

Wifi and Entertainment: Your complimentary entertainment package in your condo includes free Wi-Fi and cable TV channels.

Laundry: This property features an in-suite stackable washer and dryer with a complimentary start-up supply of laundry detergent for your convenience.

Great Location for both DV and PC

All was good. New coffee maker may be needed, leaked water. Dishwasher might need a technician, did not clean well, better doing your own dishes. Overall, great location.

Hands down the best hospitality experience we've had in a long time

This stay was awesome. Seriously. We were traveling with our 9mo daughter and the above and beyond attention from staff was very helpful. We arrived to find a brand new pack n play, baby booster seat and new cups and bottles for her. Hands down the best hotel experience we've had in a long time.

Copperbottom Inn 307

Exactly as presented online. Everything was in good working order and as expected. The accomodation manager was easily reached when we had a question. Parking was easy in their huge lot. WE were in short walking distance to Park City lifts Eagle and First Time. Would stay here again.
