KBM Resorts is proud to represent this charming 1-bedroom, 2-bath Copperbottom Inn. This mountain retreat is perfect for a couple or small family or, if renting several of our 9 units, for groups traveling together. Enjoy a good book and snuggle into a blanket next to the crackling wood fireplace.

Within this upgraded, 600-square-foot residence, your family will feel right at home, with all the comforts one would expect. Guests enjoy access to a common hot tub and sauna on-site, as well (Hot tub is open from December through April 15th - closed summer). The condo sleeps 2 in beds, 3 with sofabed. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs)

Kitchen: Start your day in the boutique-size kitchenette with all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury vacation rental. Your kitchenette also features a small stainless oven and dishwasher. There is a table set for three.

Living: After an active day playing golf, mountain biking, or skiing/boarding, come home and relax in the comfy family room and relax by the crackling wood fireplace.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private deck, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with a dual shower/tub.

Bathrooms: There is an additional bathroom with a dual bathtub and shower.

There is a sofa bed in the living room (not to exceed 70lbs). Please do not exceed the sleeping capacity of 4 in this property.

Parking: One parking space outside is available, but with just steps to the free city-wide shuttle, transportation is a snap.

Location:The Copperbottom Inn is ideally located for shopping, dining and exploring Park City Mountain. A Starbucks and Fresh Market are right around the corner.

Wifi and Entertainment: Your complimentary entertainment package in your condo includes free Wi-Fi and cable TV channels.

Overall good place and location. Had issue with CO2 monitor and fire alarm right when I got there. They fixed it that night. Washing machine and dryer didn’t work. They had to order parts. Thankfully laundry in basement.

Perfect Little Gem

Unit 207 was clean and extremely well- equipped with anything you'd need. The kitchen had everything you'd want and the washer/dryer was a big bonus. There was a wood-burning stove and plenty of dried wood on the porch. Lovely to have snacks, coffee, hot chocolate and high quality L'Occitaine products to use. Shoutout to the management who was especially responsive when we had trouble with our keyless entry- much appreciated! Location is excellent- you are a stone's throw from Walgreen's, Fresh Market, the rail trail and the bus stop. Will definitely recommend Copperbottom, and return ourselves! Thank you!

Great location for the price

Close walk to grocery and not too bad of a hike to park city mountain. Host allowed early check in and late checkout to accommodate our flight schedule.
