Bucolic house with its pond

Pretty little bucolic house in a green setting, you love nature, calm, serenity and walks in the forest. Look no further, you will be delighted on a 5000 m2 plot, accompanied by a pond, two sheep, a hammock, a summer lounge, badminton net, petanque balls, boat, fishing rod...
The house with modern decoration and embellished with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 7 people, a shower room, a toilet, an equipped kitchen, living room, dining room with a wood stove. House supplied with water by a well, the water is treated upstream. A water analysis is done every year.
Outside you can enjoy a plancha, a barbecue and an outdoor table.
You can find all amenities in the village of Cercoux 3 minutes drive 20 minutes walk:
bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, market, hairdressers, doctor, garage.

There are many activities around it:
The lake of Montendre with its beach 26 minutes away
Mysteria labyrinth park in Montendre
Clerac green trail 35 km of cycle or pedestrian paths 10 minutes away
large market on Saturday in Coutras 15min

Mooi gelegen huis!

Mooi gelegen huis! Je kunt rustig zitten in de tuin en als je mazzel hebt spot je een ijsvogel bij de grote vijver en wilde zwijnen (buiten het hek).Huis is netjes en schoon als je aankomt. Ligt helemaal vrij met een mooie grote tuin er omheen. Volledige privacy.Alle spullen zijn aanwezig. Drie mooie slaapkamers, goed ingerichte keuken, buiten een grill en een zithoek. Het gebied ten westen van Cercoux is aantrekkelijk. Prima uitvalsbasis voor Saint Emilion, Bordeaux en de Atlantische kust. In de directe omgeving zijn minder toeristische plekken.

Superbes vacances dans une jolie maison avec un magnifique jardin fleuri

Superbes vacances dans cette jolie maison très confortable avec vue sur un FABULEUX jardin fleuri et un bel étang. Véritable écrin de verdure et dépaysement total. La région elle aussi est magnifique.Et les moutons nous manquent déjà :) Propriétaire très agréable et disponible si besoin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci pour votre acceuil et pour le cadeau de bienvenue :)
