Nestled in the heart of the Haut Verdon Valley, in the Val d'Allos, our chalet is located in the village of Colmars-les-Alpes.
Come recharge your batteries for a weekend or a week… and enjoy a unique experience in the mountains, just a stone’s throw from the ski resorts yet surrounded by nature.
Recently renovated, the chalet offers all the amenities to ensure your comfort during your stay:
Wood-burning stove, pool table, whirlpool tub, video projector… everything is provided to make you feel right at home.

Everything is provided to ensure you have an active yet relaxing holiday. Just 10 minutes from the slopes or right next to beautiful hiking trails, our charming chalet will be the gathering spot for your group to enjoy quality time together after a day outdoors…

Located in Colmars-les-Alpes, with a total area of 120 m², it features:
• A beautiful living room with a video projector, wood-burning stove, and comfortable sofas.
• A dining room that doubles as a billiards room.
• A fully equipped kitchen.
• A bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a shower room upstairs.
• Three beautiful bedrooms (one with a king-size bed 180 x 200 cm, one with a queen-size bed 140 x 200 cm, and three single beds + extra mattresses).
• Ample storage space. Sheets and towels provided.

This valley is truly a labour of love, both for the quality of the ski area and for its natural surroundings and well-preserved village.
Guest Access
We do not live in the valley. We have a trusted person who takes care of the chalet while we are away.
Check-in is self-service, but we are ALWAYS available to answer your questions and help you have the best holiday possible.

There is parking for about 6 vehicles on the property.
Access by RV is possible and easy.
Upon request, we may be able to provide access to the garage for motorcycles.

We provide a travel cot for babies.

ACTIVITIES IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY:
Three ski areas are available to you:
SEIGNUS D’ALLOS (10 min): Whether you’re a fan of the great outdoors and all kinds of winter sports or a family looking for peace and quiet in a pristine setting, you’ll be charmed by the setting of this resort near a charming mountain village.
With its “Famille Plus” certification, the village is an ideal playground for families.
ESPACE LUMIERE: LA FOUX D’ALLOS/PRA LOUP (20 min): A vast 180-km ski area with something for everyone: plenty of space and elevation gain! Trails winding through larch forests, curves in the valleys, and untouched snowfields.
RATERY (15 min): Four cross-country ski trails for all skill levels await you along 20 km of marked trails. You’ll glide beneath the larch trees on snow that’s always of excellent quality, thanks to the north-facing exposure and an elevation of around 1,700 m.

All winter activities are available near the chalet:
IN WINTER: Snowshoeing, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding—all mountain activities nearby.

IN SUMMER: Downhill or trail mountain biking, water park, tree-top adventure courses, nature hikes, exploring the Mercantour National Park, canyoning… the activities are numerous and varied
