This is an amazing unit with Elliott Bay views from every window, two large bedrooms (master has en-suite bathroom), high quality linens/bedding, comfortable memory foam mattresses, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, lightning fast 1G wifi, designated parking for one vehicle of up to medium size SUV in a secured garage, gym/swimming pool/spa/community room and so much more! Please note that this unit is located on 1st Avenue in Belltown. While double pane windows insulate most of street noise, occasional service vehicle or music may be heard, especially on weekends. We welcome guests to check in anywhere from 3pm to 10pm, but please note that late night check ins after 10pm will incur a $25 charge. Thank you.

This was an awesome air b&b for the weekend. It had everything you could need and more during your stay. It was very clean, well set up, and in a perfect location. We will definitely be booking here again soon.

Great Location!

This condo is wonderfully located within an easy walk of everything we had on our to-do list. There are a lot of restaurants within a 1- or 3-minute walk from the front door. We liked the layout of the condo, with a table with chairs in front of the sliding glass doors overlooking the harbor. Great place to begin and end the day. We would stay here again.

Not long enough at a wonderful place!

This was our first experience with VRBO- it has set the standard "VERY HIGH! Everything was absolutely wonderful, well described and well located. I wish we could have stayed longer, but it was just an overnight for myself, my husband and our two life long friends. All of us enjoyed it so much- and next time we are in Seattle, we will stay there again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Convenient and comfortable!

You can’t beat the location of this condo! It was right by everything you could want - restaurants, bars, a huge brewery, Pikes Market. We loved it! The condo itself was beautiful and comfortable as well. We felt right at home and Jose and Alex were wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend!

A fascinating apartment

I stayed in Jose's and Alex's apartment with my husband and two young adults children, from June 5th to 8th of this year. We were really amazed at how comfortable, clean, and equipped this apartment was. They would respond quickly if any questions or concerns arose. This apartment has a fantastic view and an excellent location. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Seattle.

Great option for a stay in Seattle

The unit is in an older building and is somewhat small, but was exceptionally clean & well appointed. There was some emergency vehicle traffic that was loud but not bad. The location is great, close to Pike's Place, restaurants & mass transit but also very safe. The parking space (in an enclosed garage) was a big benefit. My only complaint / recommendation - it would be great to open a window or turn on the A/C units before arrival. The unit was 85 degrees inside when we arrived on a 75 degree day, not the best welcome. Thanks!

We understand all the “10” reviews, and can agree with them to the greater extent, but here’s our experience:We texted “Simon” (the greeter we were told to contact) when we got off the plane, again as we exited the light rail, and again when we reached the unit—all with an accurate ETA. Each text was acknowledged, and we were told to wait out front on the sidewalk for five minutes—which was fine.But after six hours of travel, standing there with our luggage and nowhere to sit, we waited… After fifteen minutes, we called and left a message. Simon texted back, “I’ll be there in 4.” Fifteen minutes later—thirty minutes after our arrival—an elderly gentleman, not Simon but a local resident, showed up and let us in. We never met Simon.A thirty-minute wait would’ve been fine if we’d been told upfront. We could’ve sat at the bar next door and relaxed. Instead, we stood there expecting Simon to appear any minute.The owners did apologize, but what they really need is a more reliable—and honest—greeter.Sidenote: the view of the sunset over Puget Sound almost made up for the whole experience…and, we would stay here again. Perfect for 2 couples. We walked EVERYWHERE!

We had a wonderful stay at the Belltown Condo! Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had before we arrived .The check in was smooth. Our greeter met us promptly, giving us all the information we needed for our stay. The condo was perfect for two couples:clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of Pike Place market, Space Needle, and the Chihuly Museum. Best of all was the beautiful view of Elliot Bay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Belltown Condos. The building was perfectly located between the Space Needle and Pike Place so everything was easily accessible by walking. Belltown condos is a very well kept and clean building with great views of the harbor. It was well stocked and met all our needs. It also has a parking garage which was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again

A very nice touch was its Keurig coffee maker with more coffee capsules than any family could possibly drink over 3 days. Made a great restaurant recommendation (Umi Sake House).

Property was great with everything we needed for two couples.. the kitchen had spices, olive oil and well supplied dishes and pots/pans! Very clean and excellent view. The only negative was our checkin process. The normal “greeter” was not available (although we arrived within 30 minutes of our 3:00pm checkin time. He had a business partner meet us who was another 30 minutes later than us. We sat in an alley waiting for the mystery greeter to arrive.
