This 3350 SQF home has 5 BDR/4 BTH with high ceilings. It's got a brand new heated pool (Mar 2021) as well as a game room.. It's the perfect home to kick your feet up and relax. The home also includes a work desk, laundry room, kitchen, living room, and a family room.
The home has wifi and a total of 7 smart TVs. One in each bedroom and in both living/family rooms. You will have to log into your own Netflix/Disney Plus accounts etc.
DOWNSTAIRS:
4 bedrooms including the master bedroom
3 full bathrooms - including large jacuzzi with 2 head cushions in the master bathroom
Game room with a pool table and a ping pong table
Kitchen
Dining room with 10+ chairs
Living room with 70" smart TV
Laundry room
Outside backyard: Heated pool with 500 sqft of deck space
UPSTAIRS:
1 bedroom with King size bed with 58" Smart TV

Any additional guest must get prior permission from me and will incur a $40 nightly fee per guest. No parties allowed. Any reported parties will result in immediate checkout and the guest forfeits the total amount paid.

WIFI/POWER
There won't be any refunds/adjustments if any internet/power outages occur and likewise for any TV interruptions due to it being wifi-based.
BBQ GRILL IN BACKYARD
1) After using the grill, please make sure to keep it as clean just like you got it.
2) We keep the grill covered so it doesn't get dirty or rust. Please keep the cover on when not in use.
3) We do our best to leave enough propane by the grill. We will not be responsible if the propane level is low or empty. No refunds/adjustments will be made.

Please be sensitive and keep the air conditioner thermostat at a reasonable temperature just like you would in your own house.
DAMAGES
Please let us know as soon as something gets damaged so it can get taken care of accordingly.
