Summary:

Wonderful luxe house with an amazing lakefront view located in the heart of Miami.



The incredible backyard will leave you speechless. You can enjoy a sparkling heated pool (request 48 hrs prior), a cozy Fire Pit, a tree table, outdoor dining area with a grill and comfy furniture.



We provide a kayak and two paddle boards to have fun in the lake. Feel free to swim!



This house has modern vibes and a fully renovated equipped kitchen. For your entertainment there's a game room with a pool table and Smart TV's in the living room and in 4 of the bedroom. There's also high speed wifi for work or leisure.



THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY.

1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 60" Smart TV, access to a full private with a hot tub and a pool/lake view.

2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a 58" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, towels are also included.



THE HOUSE HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.



The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.



Guest Access:

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. Also to the lake with our paddle boards and kayak.



The Neighborhood:

Ojus is bordered by Aventura to the east, I-95 to the west, North Miami Beach to the south and Broward County to the north.



In Ojus there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Its proximity to the beach makes this neighborhood even more special.



There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

- No parties.

- No gatherings.

- No loud noises or shouting.

- No loud music.

- No smoking indoors.



Getting Around:

If you’re looking to rent a car, we have you covered!



For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.

It is unfortunate, VRBO, does not verify the information provided by its members. This property while the outdoor is as shown, the indoor is extremely lacking, sofas are stained, Billiard table very old and ragged, appliances without nibs or not working, A/C was broken. The state of the home was far beyond its self titled “Glam”, it was embarrassing. It ruined our family holiday, the A/C froze and leaked water all over the hallway causing a family member to fall and hurt her back. When we informed the owner he simply stated he would send someone to fix it and send him the bill. The ice-maker does not function, bring your own. Sad, frustrating and disappointing experience.

The house itself was quite beautiful, with charming details. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired—the floors were noticeably dusty, which made the space feel less well-maintained. Communication with the owner was also challenging; they often took several hours to respond to my messages, making it difficult to address concerns in a timely manner. Additionally, I had requested for the pool to be heated, but despite multiple follow-ups, it never actually became warm. The owner claimed there was WiFi, but it did not work, because of this the tv’s also did not work. The second day we brought up these issues and they were annoyed that we were bringing up these issues to them on the second day, which was the day we tried enjoying the house. The fridges water and ice was not working. Overall the service was not good, I wish it was better since we tried having a nice vacation. We tried making the best of the stay but will not be staying here again.

Great house location. Poor customer service

House was in a great location and in good condition and clean. Access to the lake was a bonus. Many appliances like ac/heat were not working properly and required workmen in the house almost daily which was not what I wanted for our vacation. Kitchen outlets bathroom and laundry room lights were not functioning. Amenities provided one thin pillow per guest. More pillows and towels had to be requested Expected better customer service from the owner because it is listed as a premier host and did not get that level of customer service.

Hello Hudith, im totally astonished about your review since every time u ask for us to be there checking anything we were there the electricty got a cut since u connected your devices(kosher) in the outlets of the kitchen, even though we have our appliances.. On other end you were really happy until I call u after u leave to ask about the mess the house look( food on the beds, soda on the floors, tomato on the floors, chocolate on the sofa, everything that I sent the photos to u and you got mad about it because I call u and you told me you pay for the cleaning fee, but this is not about the fee is about common sense and respect to someone else.. Oh also I forgot u also broke a plegable bed..

5 STARS! This house was incredible! Very clean, very spacious, very tastefully decorated with a lot of amenities! Aaron made sure that everything went smooth from the check in process to the checkout! After 2 years of pandemic without seeing each other, this house made the experience even better! Will 100% recommend and come again in the future, we had a blast! Thank you Aaron and his team!
