ROSE Holidays offers this tastefully renovated apartment two minutes from Tanchet beach, in the beautiful wooded district of La Pironnière.
Holiday residence without a lift.
At the crossroads of cycle paths and close to the wild coast between ocean, surf spots and beach.
Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen: kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher, open to a pleasant and bright living room. It is equipped with a TV, sofa, table and chairs and opens onto a balcony equipped with a plancha and garden furniture, perfect for sharing a good meal with family!
On the night side you will find a beautiful room called 'parental suite' with a 140 bed, a TV and an adjoining bathroom; walk-in shower, storage and washing machine.
A second bedroom for children, with two bunk beds of 90, and a dressing room.
The residence is quiet, ideal for relaxing holidays just steps from the Ocean.
Parking space included.
