The Varengeville meadow is a lush, rural place 1.5 km from the village centre, in a very quiet location. Three houses are located along the path crossing the meadow. The top house is called \'the Little Heather House\'. It can accommodate 6 people all year round, and 8 people from May to September, when it is warm enough to open the small barn facing the house. The middle house is the Marguerite House (another rental for 6 or 7 people). Then right at the bottom, there is a house occupied all year round. The green space is completely open, giving a beautiful view of the valley. Each house has its own privacy and a very large garden without any overlooking. The Little Heather House, an old longère (long farmhouse) that has been completely renovated, has on the day side a beautiful living space made up of a lounge with a large fireplace (wood provided), and a dining room, separated by the old exposed timber framing. Then a functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob, microwave, double sink, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker and capsule coffee maker. On the night side, the corridor first serves 2 bedrooms (one with 2 90 x 200 cm beds, and one with 2 80 x 190 cm beds and a 1 to 3 year old child\'s bed + baby chair) and 1 bathroom (with shower and toilet) and at the end a large bedroom (180 x 200 cm bed) with its own private shower room (+toilet). All the bedrooms open onto the garden and the equipped terrace with dining table and chairs and deckchairs. A ping-pong table and a swing are available for the pleasure of young and old. The barn opposite (available from Easter to All Saints\' Day) has a small lounge on the ground floor and a bedroom upstairs with a 140 x 190 cm bed (toilet and washbasin). The beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. Private parking for 2 cars inside the property. Access to Varengeville beach is on foot, via a beautiful 20 to 30 minute walk through the village and woods. Pets not allowed. 3-star holiday cottage.
