Overlooking the 17th fairway of the Turtle Point Golf Course, the villa is perfect to enjoy all of Kiawah's amenities- golf, tennis, nature trails, and the close proximity to the Night Heron Park, Sanctuary Hotel, and more!
Upon entering the villa, the open floorplan is perfect to relax in after a fun-filled day with all there is to do on the island. The beautiful coastal hues make it inviting and comfortable. The living room has a flat-screen TV, and has sliding doors that lead to the large covered porch with amazing golf course views!
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with upgraded countertops and appliances. There is plenty of space to enjoy a home-cooked meal, and it offers a breakfast bar with additional bar seating.
The master suite offers a private retreat. Filled with abundant natural light and offering private deck access, it includes a king bed, TV, and a relaxing atmosphere.
The remaining two bedrooms offer a queen bed each, TV, and share a bathroom.
