My family and I had a great time staying at this property. The grounds and pool are so pretty and private. We had 3 generations and all were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The views were amazing. Would certainly stay here again!

Amazing Trip

We had a great few nights for a girls trip to St. Thomas. Property was amazing, clean, spacious, had every amenity you could think of. Great space for a large group. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Not far from Redhook. Beach is very rocky but nothing water shoes can’t handle. Love having access to kayaks. Beautiful property.

Perfect Get-away

Our stay could not have been better! The home (including the pool) were clean and well maintained. Everything we needed (linens, pool towels, toiletries, etc.) was already in the home and groceries were just a short drive away. Highlights include the private beach, pool, beautiful balcony views, and the elevated outdoor shower (with dual shower heads).

Family of 12 Vacation Away

This was our first time visiting St Thomas. We came over New Years and stayed a week. This house by far exceeded expectations! The pictures really do not do it justice. It is absolutely gorgeous. Management is super easy to deal with and answer any and all questions promptly. They brought in pack in plays and a bed for the little boys (2 and 4) so they would be comfortable just like the adults. The views from this island are just breathtaking. I would highly recommended staying here!!

Larry, Our stay at Casa B...

Larry, Our stay at Casa B was amazing! The house is well equipped and Caroline was so helpful. We cannot imagine staying in a better location on St. Thomas! The home provides a perfect combination of privacy and convenience. The reef in front of Casa B is incredible! We saw Lobsters, Squid, Sea Turtles and more beautiful tropical fish than we could count! Where else can you snorkle along an almost mile long reef with no one else around,get out of the water and walk over to the Ritz. The private beach in front of the house was a great place to have a glass of wine and watch the sun set. Red Hook is close so it is easy to go to St. John. We snorkeled there at Waterlemon Cay and while it was great the snorkeling in front of the house was equal or better! There are several good restaurants nearby - Lattitude 18 and Blue Moon were two that we enjoyed. We spent several nights just staying at Casa B, grilling out and enjoying the beautiful fountains, gardens and privacy of your home. Thank you so much. This was the best family vacation we have ever had and would definitely recommend Casa B!

Larry, I would just like to tell you what a wonderful time we had at Casa Bougainvillea this summer. We usually vacation in Hawaii every year but with airlines going under and us losing our flights we decided to step out of our comfort zone and head east to St Thomas. We weren't disappointed with choosing St Thomas as our replacement destination. Casa-B was everything we had hoped for and more. The main house was great for the family and the downstairs suites were a great escape from the group when we needed it. We BBQ'd and went for an evening dip in the pool to finish the day. Caroline checked on us regulary to ensure our stay was perfect and to give us tips on things to do around the island. We snorkeled every day and visited at least a dozen snorkel spots on the island. We also took a ferry over to St John and did some snorkeling there. I've yet to find a better snorkel spot than right behind your house. The reef is a beautiful sanctuary for many reef fish and untouched coral. We even saw a stingray in a shallow tidepool about 50 yards down the beach. We had a great time. Thanks for making your place available to us.

Best VRBO we've stayed at

I have used VRBO for many vacations and Casa B has definitely been the best of all of them. The house was perfect for our multi-generational (ages 8 mths to 73 yrs) family trip to St. Thomas. We loved the pool and snorkeling right from the back yard. Chris at Sea View management was so helpful in planning our trip and during our stay. The reviews that state that the house was well supplied was an understatement. I am used to going to a property and having some beginning supplies, like TP, that run out after a couple of days but this unit was stocked so that we had enough for our entire stay. We also appreciated using name brand items instead of generic stuff. Before I stay at a VRBO I love reading the reviews for tidbits of helpful advice. Here's a couple of things we learned that were helpful. Bring water shoes and snorkeling gear. The snorkeling was amazing but you won't want to traverse the rocks and sea urchins without water shoes. The property has several kayaks and a paddle board to use. We decided not to rent a car since there were so many of us. We used Ambassadorial Limo Services for airport transfers and excursions. I would highly recommend them. Call Kelly taxi if you need a taxi service while there. We had difficulties with other taxi services. Just a short walk up the street was a beautiful sandy beach at the Ritz where the kids enjoyed playing in the sand. We used Moe's in Red Hook for grocery delivery service. They only charge a set delivery fee.

Perfect home for us

We had 8 adults and the space worked out perfectly. Lots of space to be together and apart. The pool is great and we loved hanging out at the beach. House is tricky to find at first but great location close to everything in Red Hook, Sapphire Beach, and Magen’s Bay.

Paradise with an Oceanfront View!

Our blended family of 3 kids (16, 19 and 22) along with a girlfriend to Casa B was just absolutely wonderful! Chris was very responsive in checking in with our arrival progress and Christian with meeting at the property and giving us a tour. The house was well provisioned (paper products, towels, linens, condiments, soaps, etc) and very clean and welcoming. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the water, snorkeling (wear water shoes to stay safe from sea urchins), cooking on the grill and enjoying the island breeze. Groceries from Moe’s made it easy to cook dinners after long days exploring beaches and town. We jumped on the car barge twice to St John’s and loved it. Great location and we will be back Casa B!

There were 10 family members staying there. Everyone had their own bedrooms, great space to fit everyone comfortably.the pool was relaxing. Very clean home. Easy access to different beaches. The driver Khalid drove us everywhere. We would stay again!

Great property with amazing views

We were on a family retreat and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was exactly as advertised. The views from the upper deck were amazing. We were visited by chickens everyday as they are extremely plentiful on the island. We loved everything about the property and our time in St. Thomas.

This was the perfect spot to call homebase when exploring St. Thomas and St. John. The home is exactly what we expected and the service of the owners and management company was excellent. One pleasant surprise was how much fun we had with the kayaks out on Turquoise Bay.

Perfect for large groups

Casa B was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our larger group which really appreciated the ability to have separate spaces along with large communal spaces. Everything was very clean, the pool was on the smaller side but more than enough for relaxation purposes and the landscaping is particularly inviting. There was also plenty of beach towels and snorkeling gear available to use. Highly recommend casa b!

Super Spot!

We loved Casa B! We had a group of 9 adults. There was plenty of room to spread out with nice size bedrooms and a large, open living space. Having our own pool was great. We also loved sitting by the bay and enjoying the nice breeze. It was nice to be close to Red Hook, also. I highly recommend this location!

Great snorkeling right off the beach.

Great house for older children or couples. We stayed with our three kids, age 19, 18 and 14 and our danish exchange student, age 16 and a friend of my daughters, age 19. Seven of us in all. We had a wonderful time. We went to Coral World and did the Sea Trek Dive, we went zip-lining and rented a full day catamaran to St. John and two other snorkeling locations. But the best time was just snorkeling off our own beach. Lots of family memories were made! We enjoyed the pool and all the pool toys and snorkeling gear. We never got to use the Kayaks, but that was on our list. Thank you for hosting us.

Great Stay

This was our first trip to St Thomas. We went back and forth between a condo and rental home. We certainly made the correct choice. The booking process was quick and easy. Someone from the management group met us when we arrived and showed us around the house. The house is great with plenty of room for a large group, we were 2 families with kids ranging from 9-13. The location is ideal, very close to Red Hook and Secret Harbour. The central living room/kitchen opening up to the deck offers great views of the ocean. The outdoor shower off the main bedroom was also amazing. Kayaks, propane grill, snorkel gear, and just about anything you'd need to have a great time we're right there. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place in St Thomas.

We have been travelling to St Thomas for many years. We decided to purchase Casa Bougainvillea so we could do family vacations and have friends visit at any time but also to offer a wonderful home for anyone to bring their family and friends.

Why they chose this property

We purchased Casa Bougainvillea as a place we would eventually like to live. St Thomas is such a wonderful island with all the fine dining and great beaches. There are also many cultural activities to take advantage of. The water sports are refreshing and the best sailing in the world happens in the BVI, just a short hop from Red Hook. The community spirit we have enjoyed while on extended visits to St. Thomas and Casa-B have reassured us we have chosen wisely for our future home in paradise.
