Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Great property, poor condo.

We have stayed at the Portofino and love the amenities, all the amazing staff and access to the beach. This time we stayed in 1304 in Tower 5. It was old, very uncomfortable furniture, beds were barely sleepable. The views were amazing but windows probably hadn’t been washed in a year. Tower 5 is very far from the lifestyle center but the staff gave us a number and Chris came and picked up my Mom whenever needed. The fireworks were awesome as was the band that played. We would stay again but not in this unit. It was so expensive for poor quality.

Check In Time 4PM, our room available 515PM, called front desk as requested and they did not answer or return my call. Once checked in, they would not program our room keys. I had purchased many cold items in Pensacola, the delay caused some items to ruin. Not happy about the 10AM check out schedule considering the room was available almost 1-1/2 hours late. No parking at the check in entrance. For the money paid for this visit, the check in process is the worst experience in all my travels.

Great vacation spot!

Portofino is one of our favorite destinations and this unit did not disappoint. Plenty of room for everyone! Carrie was especially helpful and responsive to all of our questions.
