Un appartement très bien placé mais à l’abandon

Un point très positif, l’emplacement est idéal. Malheureusement l’appartement est laissé à l’abandon. le lit principal est de très mauvaise qualité et il couine énormément. Tout l’équipement est en métal et tout est rouillé (tables, chaises…) L’aménagement a été fait il y a très longtemps, sans réflexion et dans un souci d’économie, rien n’a été remplacé depuis. L’équipement est minimal voire insuffisant : uniquement trois bols, pas de plats allant au four (mais 11 casseroles !), pas de machine à café, pas de grille-pain, un seul saladier (petit), pas de vrais verres ni de verres à vin mais des verres à moutarde uniquement, la hotte est hors service… Attention les lits superposés sont dans un placard, Nous avons dû déplacer les matelas dans le salon ! Ce n’est pas acceptable. L'appartement nécessite d’être rééquipé par ses propriétaires. Le problème de la « deuxième chambre » est à évoquer ou à régler. En l’état nous ne conseillons pas cette location.
