Welcome to this superb flat, entirely renovated, stylishly decorated in a modern and minimalist style, ideally located in the heart of the Carré d'Or and the pedestrian zone! It is located on the 3rd floor with a lift (a few steps to access the lift on a half landing)
You will find a bright and spacious living room, with a 165cm SAMSUNG The FRAME wall TV. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker.
You will have a beautiful bedroom/suite with a double bed 140cm, an electric blind, private bathroom with shower, Luminotherapie.
Large dressing room in the hallway, plenty of storage space.
The toilet is separate.
The flat is also equipped with a free WiFi connection, fully air-conditioned and equipped with double glazing.
Very bright and quiet.
The bed linen and towels are prepared and supplied by a professional service provider (Elis). You will also have at your disposal welcome products for your arrival: coffee capsules, small bottles of shower gel and shampoo.

Tres bien dans l ensemble
Logement tres agreable, lumineux proche du centre ville et de la promenade des anglais. Prevoir pour la remise des cles un deplacement vers un lieu distant d une quinzzine de minutes.
