Relax and unwind with your loved ones at 'Intensive Care'. Located in Seagrove just steps from the Gulf, this sensational 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home sleeps 12. Spread over 3 floors, this home offers true coastal luxury including an elevator, private heated pool, and amazing Gulf views. Enjoy use of the golf cart as well for your stay. And, this home is dog friendly too!

You will love relaxing by the private heated pool with a good book. Head to the beach with just a few steps - the beach access is right in front of the home. The sugar white sands of 30A are unparalleled and some of the most beautiful.

There is plenty of space for everyone to have privacy in this massive home. 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor plus a living area. The living room has a 50” TV and DVD player plus a game table with 4 chairs. From this floor, you can access the pool area out the back door. From the front door, you can relax or simply make your way to the beach!

The 2nd floor features a large open living area featuring beautiful views, a 60” LCD TV plus stocked bookcases and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has gorgeous stone counters, a huge Subzero fridge, plus a Viking 6-burner gas range. There is a separate dining room with seating for up to 10. The terrace off of the dining room has a gas grill and outdoor dining for 4. Off the kitchen is a large laundry room.
The top floor has more room to relax and watch TV. There's also a wet bar/kitchenette. Head out on the balcony to enjoy the Gulf breeze. Just imagine mornings spent here with coffee in your hand as the saltwater breeze blows through your hair.

Overall we had a great time, dishwasher was broken, but the management company was very accommodating and provided us with disposable silverware dishes and glasses. Great location, the heated pool was a positive and the golf cart was fun. Would definitely stay here again.

Large home with beautiful traditional decor and the location is virtually beachfront and a 5 min bike ride to Seaside square. The beach is very private and not 5 deep a few things that aren’t working in the home that would’ve been helpful - the small downstairs fridge.

Great location

Great location with great porches! Enjoyed our stay! Need to upgrade bed pillows. Only had six dinner plates for a house that sleeps 11+ people. Air conditioner on main floor where the two master bedrooms, kitchen, dining and den are never really cooled down to a comfortable temperature.

beautiful property, perfect location to beach. Pool was broken and unclean. Called 2x to please have service on it pump wasn't working and much debris in bottom. also, not enough towels per room. We were given 2 towels one hand towel and 1 washcloth. would be nice to have extra throw blankets and towels. we love coming to seaside area and will continue to come back year after year.

We loved the property and location, and always appreciate a pet friendly rental. It was so nice being right across from the beach access and right down the street from all of the restaurants at seaside. If you’re staying in the cooler weather and want the pool heated, be aware that you need to let them know ahead of time and it is an additional fee. I know this is common, but we thought it was included based on the wording of the VRBO listing. They came right out to turn it on when we called, but does take a full day to get warm enough to use. Otherwise there were no issues and we had a great stay!

Home is great for a big group. Easy walk or bike ride to downtown Seaside without being in the middle of all the congestion. We love Seagrove and will definitely book again. Only negative would probably be the internet. It wasn’t great and was hard to get a good connection so plan on running off your phones data.

Location is great, but…

When we arrived the instructions to enter the house were not clear. When we tried the door, it just opened, was not locked. The first night two people got locked out in the third floor because there was no door handle on the outside door. We also noticed the gate lock to the pool was broken and the internet was so slow it was unusable. I reported these issues twice during our stay but nothing was fixed. Even reported we had a three year old and were very nervous about the pool not being secured. The house lost power on another day (only one in Seagrove), and came back with no intervention from maintenance??? It’s a dated, older house with three ice machines but none of them worked. Also there is very little parking. The location of the house incredible, it’s a shame the house is not maintained better.

Spring Break 2023

We arrived at property. Explanation of codes was unclear and we could not access the property. When my husband called and texted, there was not an immediate response. I never received a response to my text. We were able to access the property because a door was not locked; rather alarming. Ice makers did not work on main floor or 3rd floor. Air not working on 3rd level was not an issue. Pool was a mess of leaves. My husband contacted to have pool cleaned and heated. My kids cleaned the pool and it was never heated. There were very large roaches. Scared my 8 year old twins to pieces. They would not sleep is the bottom level bedroom. Another roach landed on my husband, maybe this is common, but I would think appropriate measures could be taken to mitigate this from happening. The home was beautiful. View from 3 level was amazing. Walk to the beach easy peasy. Golf cart was super fun to take twins to get ice cream after beach time.

We really appreciate the rental credit which we used for beach chairs and umbrellas. There are quite a few stairs down to the beach, so the less to carry the better. The layout of the house is great for multiple families, two king suites and 1 queen suite in addition to the other rooms. Great bonus was the golf cart that is included. As other reviewers mentioned, the living room furniture had noticeable stains. The door to the ice maker fell off several times. We were able to put it back on, but there should be a long term fix. Extra towels would be a nice touch.

Stay at Intensive Care July 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was a good one. I would not rule out that we would rent this house again as I absolutely love the location of the house on 30A (great proximity to other communities and the beach). In addition, having a golf cart was so, so wonderful. However, the house really needs a deep clean. Maybe a new coat of paint? And either new furniture or the upholstered furniture needs to be cleaned as much of it has stains (for example, the light colored chair in the main living area is very stained; no one in my family wanted to sit on it). Additionally, we did not have a working oven for the entire week and were not informed of this prior to our stay (although when I called to report this issue I was informed that this was not new). Also, the gas stove top had only one of 8 burners that did not constantly click when turned on. Finally, we did not have cold water available in the kitchen sink all week. Only hot. Again, the management company was aware of this issue which occurred prior to our arrival and we were told the part had been ordered. Overall, I would recommend this property to a friend given the positives that I have outlined above; however, I would also feel obligated to add the less positive aspects.

The initial instructions need to include the code into the garage because that is where the key pad is located to get into the house. The house was thankfully unlocked when we got there. We had a few small repairs that needed to be made when we were there but they were handled in a timely manner. The bunk beds are very small and the top one is very close to the ceiling. Only small children can sleep there. Not sure why the room with the brass bed does not have a queen size mattress and the bed itself is a queen size. A queen size bed was not promised - this is just an observation. Very important - I did not know there would be such a long run of stairs to the beach. Not anyone's fault, just surprised as we had not stayed at this specific beach in the past. My Mom who is 88 could not go to the beach. I rented a house with an elevator for her and that was great, but there was no way for her to get to the beach from the house and join us with the three flights of stairs. They need to provide more than one towel per bed. I am sure you can request more. I just bought some additional for the family.
