About this property

Sought After Paradise Villas Condo! Perfect Location! Pool and the Ocean

Located in the highly desirable Paradise Villas. Just on the edge of town but in a quiet gated spot. Two bedrooms and a full sized futon in the living area provides enough room for 4 people. A wonderful queen bedroom with a palm swaying outside of the large windows. The other bedroom can be configured as a King bedroom or two twins. The pool is just steps away and the ocean is just out front. The grounds are lush and tropical, lots of palms and flowering plants. There are many restaurants to choose from, just a short walk down the beach. The complex has its own dock that has a wonderful swimming spot right at the end. Wifi, internet, cable and a full kitchen. Your condo will be cleaned every third day. Laundry service is available for an extra fee. Beach towels provided. Please

Great place in a great location

This is a great property and is centrally located. The staff were great! Clean, quiet, and had an amazing view of the ocean!

The host was awesome. Coordinated pickup from Boat and drop off at Airport. The location was very close to town but not to close. Walking to everything. Restaurant and store within blocks was convenient. The Condo, property and pool was very nice with overnight security on property. Wish we had an outdoor space/patio. But for the money and what you get it worked perfectly for our family.

After coming to Belize (and this same condo complex) for 15 years we are finally owners of our own piece of paradise.

Why they chose this property

We honestly tried to stay other places on the island but always come back to Paradise Villas. The location cant be beat. You can walk down the beach and get a great margarita, wonderful civiche. There is nice dining or fantastic streat food all with-in walking distance. The grocery store is just around the corner. You can book your snorkle trips right out front or have a guide pick you up at the end of the dock to take you fly fishing, a mainland tour or diving on the blue hole.

What makes this property unique

This botique complex only has 24 total units. The units are shaped in a horseshoe with the pool in the middle and the open end facing the ocean. It is has a very tropical feel and tends to stay relatively quiet.
