Lots of space.

We loved the fact that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for our family. Plenty of space in the kitchen and a nice dining area as well. The master bedroom and bath are huge! Truly enjoyed our stay!

Extremely Dirty Unresponsive Host. Do Not Recommend

Do not rent from this host. Never responded for check in details, I had to call several times. Upon arrival the property was nothing like the ad. Very unsafe location. Extremely filthy, old sheets and towels, used bar soap in the showers, no deadbolt/lock on the front door only the key code lock. Burnt on food on the stove, stains on the rugs, all of the blinds are broken, and small bugs were flying around. I called the host immediately and they would not meet me at the property, but said they would give me a full refund. We did not stay here! I called vrbo and they would also not respond to them. They will answer sometimes and then laugh and hang up. The hosts are also refusing to give a refund now. Advertising as a one year old place when it’s truly in the condition of a 20yr old place.

Its a contemporary , beautiful and brand new property.walking distance to all restaurants and big brand grocery store. Also close to dog park and also to Cherry creek state park that's one of the places you would love to visit when you are visiting Colorado.
