Great spacious home

Loved the spacious home. Bedrooms were very nice and clean. Loved the patio. We needed more towels. So we had to go out and buy some.

Great VRBO!

Pictures don’t do it justice and I don’t understand why there are not any reviews because this place is great. Bedding was lovely! Coffee was supplied, which is a must for us non morning people. Plenty of toilet paper and a ridiculous but great and thoughtful amount of waters and snacks! We enjoyed the backyard sitting area for reconnecting with friends from all over. Beds were good, house was clean and great location. Thoughtful host. Host was patient and helpful as we delt with VRBO technical difficulties! We will be back and will rent again!

Good basics

Lack of communication before-hand about check-in. We did have prompt responses to broken A/C, and then lack of hot water. Sleeps 7 or 8 but has dishes for less. Very basic supplies. Though coffee was supplied, sugar was hidden away, no pepper was found, no paper towels or tissues, some lightbulbs out. It served our purpose and met basic needs once problems were addressed.

Description not accurate at all. And not a peaceful place.

I booked this property for my elderly parents and other family memeber. When we arrived to get settled in, we found out that someone is living in the basement. We expected to have the entire house. Since there was someone living in the basement, we tried to cancel the booking. The host would not change our booking and offer any refund but acknowledged that the listing was incorrect. I would not use Vrbo because of these type of issues.
