It features a private entrance, a family room with a Smart TV and a completely equipped modern kitchen. One bedroom features a queen bed, the other a full sized bed. Free Wifi. It is located one block from the University of Wyoming. There is available off street parking. It is walking distance to a wonderful local coffee shop. Dogs are welcome with an additional $10/day fee.

Great communication and location!

First time visit to Laramie with my daughter, who is starting school in the fall. The location was great…near the campus as well as downtown. The property was clean communications were great. Would stay here again.

Cozy & convenient apartment

Convenient location to downtown and university. Cozy & comfortable apartment, plenty of parking. Good communication with owners, responsive and easy to work with.

Solid apartment option

This is a nice basement unit located near downtown and the University. It was exactly as pictured, well stocked with paper products, towels, and soaps. Having a driveway to use for my 10 nights was an added bonus. Communication with Andrew was very good. I had one issue arise during my stay, and he responded and addressed it promptly. I agree with previous reviews regarding noise from the upstairs unit. Earplugs are provided to help with the sound. Overall this is a spacious, good choice Vrbo in Laramie

Short but sweet!

We stayed at this property overnight during a cross country trip. It was exactly as advertised and very well appointed. It is a great value. Would definitely stay here again.
