Everything about the Fabulous Flamingo was perfect! Five minutes after we checked in I requested to book this wonderful property for years to come. The home is immaculate, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. In addition, the attention to detail, the fun art gracing the walls all make it feel like your home not just a rental. The pool is wonderful and the fenced-in yard was truly appreciated by us and our 2 little dogs. Great neighborhood to take morning and evening walks too. The location is fabulous; 12 minutes to Pass-a-Grille beach, 8 to St. Pete beach, 18 to the downtown pier, and the Corey Ave shops and market are 3 minutes away. We felt truly blessed to call the Fab Flamingo home for 5 weeks and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Thank you so much for this incredible review! We’re absolutely thrilled that the Fabulous Flamingo felt like home to you during your stay. It means a lot to hear that you enjoyed the space, the little details, and the neighborhood just as much as we do. We’re especially glad the pool and fenced yard were a hit for you and your pups—that’s exactly what we hoped guests would love! And it sounds like you made the most of the location too, which is always a big part of the experience. We would be honored to host you again anytime and truly appreciate you wanting to return year after year. Thanks again for such kind words—we look forward to welcoming you back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: NextHome Beach Time Realty was a great agency to rent from and they went out of their way to help us. We accidentally left a few things at the house and they were kind enough to send them to us. That was above and beyond and I am very grateful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay for the month of February 2021. Weather could have been more accommodating at the beginning but still had a very pleasant time. The location is great. Close to John's Pass and Pass-a-grille. Hop on a trolley one block away. Fantastic restaurants near by too. Check out Woody's. Everything was spotless. The pool was fantastic. When their was an issue with maintenance it was immediately handled professionally. All in all a very pleasant vacation.
