This large house with a rustic style consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with a 140/190 bed, a bedroom with two 90/190 beds and a 140/190, a bathroom and a separate WC. .
The garden is shaded and closed, ideal for enjoying your evenings with family or friends.

Between BORDEAUX and SPAIN, come and relax in MIMIZAN where many activities await you (surfing, hiking, horse riding, golf, mountain biking, beach and relaxation) !!!!!!!!


BED SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL.
(Please take the essentials: toilet paper, household and beauty products, paper towel, salt/pepper, oil, etc.)

Spacieux et bien situé. Propreté à revoir!!!

Maison située dans quartier très calme avec visite de hérissons, écureuils, merlette, rouge gorge et j'en passe...c'est génial. Maison très spacieuse mais mériterait quelques menues réparations : volet ne ferme pas, toilette indépendant douteux, portail ne fermant pas...une 2ème salle de bain serait un plus pour 8 personnes. Agence inexistante: contactée pour souci de propreté à notre arrivée et panne réfrigérateur sans intervention de leur part. Nous avons quand même passé un très bon sejour en famille.
