Villa completely renovated between 2021/2022, construction of a swimming pool, extension and only 2 minutes walk from the wonderful Golem beach.
The villa is quiet, but near the beaches you will find restaurants, markets, shops for a lively life.
Supermarket 2 minutes by car.
The Villa is fully air-conditioned, everything is new dating from the end of 2021 at the most, the 6x3 swimming pool is finished, it fills with water

Amazing villa near beach

We really loved this amazing villa near beach. Check in was really easy, house was really clean and tidy. There was nothing missing, kitchen was really well equipped. It was very hot outside so pool was really nice way to cool down. And it was cleaned every day, cleaner was really lovely gentleman, we got on really well with him. And neighbours were lovely. We will definitely be back one day and can recommend this beautiful villa to everybody!

Lovely Family Holiday

We stayed at the villa for a week and loved it. The villa is beautifully renovated, with all the mod cons you need (including a dishwasher!) The outside space was lovely too, lots of seating areas with lovely lighting etc...The pool was enjoyed by everyone, ( even the bigger kids age 14 & 18). The location is a minute from the beach and restaurants etc... We hired a car to explore the area but I don't feel it was necessary here. There are some construction works going on nearby but once in the oasis of the villa, you don't see or hear them. We all had a wonderful time and highly recommend a stay here.

A perfect place for a family vacation!

We stayed here for a week and had a fantastic time! The hosts were very friendly, helpful and welcoming from the start. The garden and pool were maintained daily, which we really appreciated – especially with four kids in our group. The pool was absolutely invaluable in the Albanian heat and quickly became a favorite for both children and adults.The house was perfectly suited for six people – we were two adults and four children and had plenty of space. There was air conditioning in every room, which could be individually adjusted – a big plus. The kitchen was very well equipped, and all beds, rooms and bathrooms were fresh and thoughtfully arranged. Having two showers (one inside and one for rinsing off after the beach) was super practical.The location is great: close to restaurants and shops, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. There is a hotel being built nearby, which didn’t cause any noise issues during our stay. In fact, it provided a bit of shade over the pool during the hottest part of the day – which turned out to be welcome relief.That said, the ongoing construction did affect the sense of privacy to some extent, as it’s located very close to the house.It was also easy to reach the hosts during our stay if we had any questions or needed anything – they were always available and kind.We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this lovely house to anyone planning a trip to Golem!

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es ist alle vorhanden was man benötigt. Betten sind sind sehr bequem. Die Wohnung zu finden ist eine Herausforderung, da die Straße wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt ist. Die Zufahrt ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Toll war, das man den Gastgebern sehr gut über Telefon erreichen konnte. Die Einfahrt auf das Gelände ist sehr eng. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Schade ist, dass man in der 3 Reihe vom Strand ist und ringsum sehr viel Baulärm vorhanden ist.

Bonjour Nous sommes à 1mn à pied de la plage comme nous le précisons dans l annonce . Idem pour les travaux la totalité de l albanie est en travaux difficile de ne pas avoir de nuisances . Elles sont normalement stoppees en juillet et août. Tout cela est précisé dans l annonce. Par contre il serait bon de préciser la taille de vos chiens qui peuvent faire peur .

Maison parfaite en famille !

Maison tout confort, excellente literie, bien équipée. La piscine privée est un vrai plus. Seul bémol : les nouveaux hôtels qui ont bétonné la cote et qui sont maintenant juste devant la maison. Emplacement idéal à 2 min à pied des plages. Nous sommes tous les jours partis en randonné dans les montagnes autour de Tirana, la route se fait bien et c’est appréciable de profiter de la mer, de la piscine et de la maison en rentrant ! Hôte prévenant et très à l’écoute.
