Fantastic location across from the 12,000 square-foot lagoon community pool. This family-friendly 4 bedroom 4 bath beach house has porches on every level providing perfect locations for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Blessed by the Sea was recently updated with new paint throughout and new hardwoods. Spacious custom design home with vast bedrooms, you won't be disappointed! There is plenty of parking for up to 5 cars, with entrance to the home on both sides. Take a pleasant stroll along the palm-lined boulevard to the beach, or take advantage of the free shuttle service. In Seacrest FL you will enjoy beaches, bike trails, gorgeous dune lakes & gourmet restaurants.

Blessed

Had a wonderful stay house was clean and maintained maintenance responded quickly when there was an issue and the location of the house was wonderful. Close proximity to the pool and beach would definitely stay again!

Great Spring Break

We took our family of 4 and 4 additional teens on Spring Break and stayed at this property. The house is beautiful and spotless. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need. I did a lot of cooking because of all the teens we had with us and it was perfect. My only complaint was the noise level in the neighborhood and crowds but that was because it was Spring Break and had nothing to do with the house. The A/C went out one night on one of the floors but the maintenance team showed up the next morning and promptly fixed it. I would stay here again any time of year.

Great House- Great Location!

It’s a great house for a group — whether family or friends! Centrally located. Well-stocked kitchen. Only complaint is the HOA rules for no tents or canopies on beach.

Truly Blessed

My husband, 4 kids, & 2 of their friends were truly excited to spend a week in this beautiful property!!! 😍 Everything was as listed, pictures & description were accurate. 😃 The walk to the pool took literally a minute. 💫 We had a small issue with the 3 rd floor plumbing leaking through the vent into the 2 nd floor bathroom. Management was at the house within minutes & the problem was corrected within the hour!! 🙌🏻 Walking distance to a lot of food & shops! 👠 The pool was amazing! 💦 We will definitely rent this house again!! ☀️
