Charming Wooden House in Sommières (Pool)

Wooden house with 3 bedrooms and an independent studio.
The house is 110 m², the independent studio 17 m² and this on an enclosed plot of 500 m². It is located in a quiet development, on the edge of the forest.

The cathedral living room opens onto a large terrace and the swimming pool which is surrounded by a wooden terrace, a changing shed and an outdoor shower.
Around it are the vegetable garden which is at your disposal, the studio and the garden where you will find a cabin.
Also available are a barbecue, a plancha.

Inside, the kitchen open to the living room brings a good conviviality. The living room is equipped with a ceiling fan.
An adult bedroom (access to the terrace) and a child(ren) as well as the bathroom and toilets are distributed by the corridor on the ground floor. At the end of the corridor, a door leads to the laundry room.
Upstairs, there is the mezzanine with a rest/reading area and a large bedroom (air-conditioned).

The studio is in the garden. It is equipped with a sofa bed (Rapido system), a bathroom with toilet and a kitchenette. It is therefore completely independent.

We have 2 cats that are part of the place and that need to be taken care of.

It is a pleasant and soothing house to live in.


Sommières is a 30-minute drive from Montpellier and Nîmes, 40 minutes from the sea, the Camargue and the Pont du Gard as well as the Cevennes.

The house is only a 10-minute walk from the medieval historic centre where the festivities and markets are in full swing in the summer (traditional market, night market, votive festival, Camargue races, food and wine tastings, concerts...)

The Vidourle (the small river) flows very close by and allows many activities such as swimming, canoeing and paddle boarding, fishing...
Other activities are present in the surrounding area such as tree climbing, mountain bike circuits, hiking trails, the greenway...
