Sommière

Nous avons passé un bon séjour la maison et les extérieurs sont agréables mais je souhaite soulever quelques points. Nous avons accepté de garder le chat à la dernière minute car soit disant il était indépendant mais il nous a réveillé plusieurs fois. La voiture garée dans la rue ( place conseillée par l'hôte ) a eu la portière rayée la première nuit. Nous devions prendre les draps de lits et de bain mais il n'y avait même pas de tapis pour sortir de la douche ou de duvet laissé par l'hôte. A la fin de notre séjour nous avons rendu la maison à l'hôte rangée mais pas nettoyée et suite à cela j'ai reçu divers mails et messages désagréables comme quoi la maison aurait dû être nettoyée et rendue comme nous l'avions récupérée cela malgré les 100 euro demandé pour le ménage des lieux. J'estime que si je dois faire le ménage je n'ai pas à payer 100 euro.

Il est bien dommage de lire ce commentaire dont tous les éléments sont exagérés à l'excès tant dans leur teneur que dans leur nombre. Nous sommes heureux de louer notre maison à des gens respectueux des lieux, responsables et courtois. Nous prenons note des remarques constructives car nous veillons à améliorer notre prestation et nous restons à l'écoute de nos locataires pendant la durée de leur séjour si nécessaire.
