Good location, clean.

Wasn't happy the pool and hot tub needed repairs so we weren't able to use them. We were both looking forward to spending time in the pool area. We feel for the money we spent it was more than what we should have paid.

To the cranky old fart that answered my call

Extremely rude, cranky, old fart answered my call to check if my newborn could stay and the lady wouldn’t even let me finish what I was saying before cutting me off saying “that’s not something I can answer” when all I was asking is if my newborn can stay. Which she answered my question right after her rant. I know it sounds like a stupid question but I was 95% sure I put on our reservation 2 adults/1 kid and the emails didn’t display that… shouldn’t talk to people like that, maybe it’s time to retire hunny

Location was perfect in town and near Holiday Valley ski resort. The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable and yet friendly. Would highly recommend.
