The apartment / bungalow is located in a typically traditional, fine Spanish village with restaurants, bars, a bakery and a playground. The holiday home is located in a private holiday home complex including its own garden, covered terrace with garden furniture and a private community pool. The property, the furniture, the bed linen and towels are in new condition.
The kitchen includes comfort equipment with an oven, 4-zone ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc. The washing machine is in the separate laundry room. There are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 x single beds), 1 shower-bath / toilet, 1 full-bath toilet, open dining-living room. All rooms are equipped with a modern ION anti allergic climate / heating combination.
Outside there is garden furniture, a grill and a parking space in front of the system. Spanish, German and English channels are available for entertainment and communication. A beach lounger, 1 beach chair, beach table, ice packs, umbrella, etc. are available for visiting the beach.
The beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura and La Marina are only a few minutes away by car. Alicante's airport "El Atlet" is only 30 km away. The alternate airport in Murcia is 50km away. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. For families with small children there is a baby travel bed and a children's buggy from Chicco available and free to use.
