Little house among oranges

La piscina solo estará disponible desde Junio hasta Septiembre. Cottage between oranges located in a privileged place of the Costa Blanca, between the salt pans of Santa Pola and the salt pans of Torrevieja. It is located 30 minutes from Alicante airport, 5 minutes from the beaches of Guardamar and 15 minutes from Torrevieja. In the area there is a golf course and water park (C. Quesada), as well as leisure and shopping areas. The house has a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with three single beds and one with a double bed. It has a porch with barbecue and food area. There is a removable pool, two solarium areas with hammocks to enjoy the sun, bicycles and parking space both inside and outside the establishment. Everything is surrounded by an orange grove.

C’est la troisième année que nous séjournons dans cette maison entourée d’orangers. L’endroit est très reposant, avec une piscine toujours impeccable, entretenue tous les deux jours par les propriétaires qui prennent aussi soin des alentours. Ils partagent généreusement les légumes de leur jardin avec nous.Quant aux propriétaires, ce sont des personnes au grand cœur, toujours attentives à ce que notre séjour se déroule au mieux. Nous avons beaucoup partagé avec eux et avons déjà hâte de les retrouver pour nos prochaines vacances.Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette maison à tous ceux qui recherchent un lieu accueillant et familial.

Encore un magnifique séjour !

Nous étions déjà venus il y a 2 ans, et c’est avec grand bonheur que nous avons pu revenir 2 semaines cet été ! La maison est parfaite et au calme, la piscine super appréciable, la plage et les commerces à proximité, et les propriétaires sont adorables. Nous reviendrons dés que possible !!!

Enchanting, peaceful retreat

This little gem of a house is in a rural setting just outside the town, nestled in a private orange grove of about an acre. The majority of the restaurants in Rojales are in an area called Benijofar, a 4 minute drive away. There are also a number of restaurants & supermarkets nearby. Unlike other villas we have stayed at, here you can always find a shaded area to get out of the heat if you want to. The first room you enter is a large living room with two comfy 3-seater sofas and a table which could easily seat 10. There is also a large fridge freezer in here. From this room you access a gazebo with sofa & chairs and an overhead fan and light, perfect for sitting outside at night. It looks out onto the orange grove and a huge banana tree. It was reminiscent to me of being in Southeast Asia. Very tranquil. The main structure of the house is accessed from inside where there is a well equipped kitchen area and another dining table as well as two more comfy sofas! Another large fridge freezer in here too. This area has windows but no direct sunlight, so it is really cool during the day. The bathroom lets off this living area and, though compact, the shower cubicle is a good size at about 1.4mx70cm. The shower itself has both overhead and hand hose. The owners are absolutely delightful & we had a lot of laughs with them overcoming the language barrier, thanks to Google Translate. All in all this cottage feels loved... and we loved it. We shall definitely be returning.

¡Se nos ha hecho muy corto! La casa tiene todo lo necesario. La piscina se disfruta muchísimo, sobre todo con el calor que hace en esa zona. Los propietarios son muy, muy amables. Lo dicho, con gusto nos habríamos quedado otra semana más.

Wunderschön gelegen

Sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt nur ein Problem für Menschen die Angst vor Hunden haben. Es gibt in der Nachbarschaft, ist aber Lage bedingt, kein Grundstück wo kein großer Hund ist, der sein Grundstück nicht lautstark bewahrt.

Una casita de campo para desconectar con tu propia piscina a 10mn de la playa en coche y cerca de todo el perro disfruto mucho ya que tenía una finca entera para el solo toda vallada a la casa no le faltaba de nada hemos estado muy a gusto

Haus mitten im Orangenhain

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus mitten im Orangenhain bietet alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Wir (mein Mann, unser kleiner Terrier Edgar und ich ) haben die eine Woche sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Der Pool ist fantastisch zum abkühlen. Man kann auch gut zu Fuss in den Ort laufen um etwas zu essen oder nur um etwas trinken und die Abendsonne geniessen. Maribel und José sind sehr freundlich und haben uns beim einchecken alles erklärt. Herzlichen Dank und liebe Grüsse aus der Schweiz. Si buscas paz y tranquilidad, este es tu lugar. La casa, en medio del naranjal, ofrece todo lo necesario para su estancia. Nosotros (mi marido, nuestro pequeño terrier Edgar y yo) hemos disfrutado mucho de la semana y hemos descansado bien. La piscina es fantástica para refrescarse. También es fácil ir andando a la ciudad para comer algo o simplemente para tomar una copa y disfrutar del sol de la tarde. Perfecto para desconectar

La casita tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días tranquilos, en familia. Aprovechamos mucho la zona de la Barbacoa y para dormir, la tranquilidad de la zona. Sus propietarios nos dejaron de todo y son muy accesibles para cualquier necesidad. Volveríamos encantados.

A pesar de los mosquitos

La casa es muy acogedora. Un trato estupendo por parte de los propietarios. Hemos descansado y disfrutado mucho de la casa mi familia y yo a pesar de los mosquitos. Apartado del bullicio, pero todo a mano; contradictorio y cierto. Gracias por estas buenísimas vacaciones, se han hecho cortas.

Estancia perfecta

Hemos estado esta semana con nuestros hijos y nuestra perrita. El sitio es muy tranquilo, la casa esta genial, cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estancia, tener piscina y espacio exterior es un extra, esta cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y la playa. Desconexión de la ciudad

Los dueños muy amables y pendientes de lo q pudiéramos necesitar. La casa, mucho mejor q en las fotos publicitadas (son antiguas), la piscina, incluso con lavadora, ducha exterior. Se puede ir andando a comprar si se requiere. Mucha tranquilidad. Eso sí : lo peor, los mosquitos!!! Hay que ir con mucha protección, son indestructibles!!!

Excelente estancia

Hemos pasado una semana excelente en la casita. A destacar su zona de bbq y la piscina para refrescarte. Cerca de varias playas en coche a 10-15 min. Repetiriamos sin duda.
