In the spring of 2014, the lodge was completely renovated and equipped with high-quality interior. The inviting blend of contemporary design and alpine style elements provide for holistic living comfort.

The apartment is composed of 2 stylish bedrooms with double bed, each with an exclusive bathroom with marble, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, spacious kitchen with large dining table and wellbeing corner with sofa bed, vestibule with wardrobe and day WC. The entire apartment has natural wood floors and underfloor heating. Young and old feel to live here and enjoy a holiday with all desirable comfort!

We had a wonderful week in August in this apartment. It is very luxuriously fitted out, with a very modern, hi-tech kitchen which we all enjoyed. There are two beautiful double bedrooms with ensuites and a small bedroom with twin, bunk beds. The apartment has lovely balconies which were perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun, or watching dramatic summer thunderstorms. The village and nearby Doblach are good for food shops and restaurants, but we were regular visitors to the 'Mexico City' restaurant just two minutes walk away. Joseph was incredibly helpful and friendly, and we would highly recommend this rental. As a family of 5 adults we found this apartment spacious and pleasant, and super to return to after trekking in the Dolomites nearby. We particularly enjoyed boating on Lago di Braies, and Lake Sorapiss was well worth the dramatic walk.

Jewel in Villabassa!

We had a delightful stay in Christian's gorgeous home. Everything was spectacular. The home was beautiful and sunny and had the comforts of home. We were greeted at the train station by a very helpful and sweet owner who answered all our questions. I just felt badly that we kept asking questions of him. There were delicious baked goods awaiting us after an 8 hour train ride to get to Villabassa from Rome. The house was spotless and it was nice to have a wine refrigerator and beer and water stocked and waiting. You will not regret staying at this beautiful home. It is quiet and peaceful but close to town and the public train and busses. The radiant heat was nice to have, as well as the comfortable beds and linens and a fire place too. Christian had lit a fire for us upon arrival and even had chocolates on the bed pillows which my children gobbled down right away. Many personal touches were thought of here. We all highly recommend staying and plan on visiting this home again and again.

Wunderschön!

Die Wohnung war schöner als es die Beschreibung und die Bilder zeigen konnten. Die Ausstattung war für eine Ferienwohnung sensationell. Bei Fragen oder ähnlichem war der Vermieter sofort zur Stelle. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem gibt es nichts zu beanstanden und es war ein wunderschönes Urlaubserlebnis!

Sehr schöne Wohnung an perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines Hauses. Unten wohnen die Eltern des Vermieters. Die Wohnung hat einige Details, die sehr gefallen. Regendusche, LED-Beleuchtung in der Dusche, grosser Balkon an sonniger Lage, grosse Küche und Wohnraum nur um einige zu nennen. Das kleine Zimmer lässt sich nicht verdunkeln, was für lichtempfindliche Personen nicht von Vorteil ist. Anscheinend ist aber sowieso bald ein Umbau geplant. Eine Bäckerei (geöffnet ausser sonntags) und das Dorfzentrum sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Betreuung durch Christian Durnwalder war ausgezeichnet. Hatten wir ein Anliegen, wurde dies rasch und unkompliziert behandelt. Besten Dank.

Super Wohnung - Komfort und Luxus in guter Lage

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen - 2 große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils angeschlossenem Bad, ein tolles Wohnzimmer mit allem was man braucht und eine super Küche mit hochwertiger Ausstattung (so wie die gesamte Wohnung). Dazu dann noch eine herzliche und super-nette Betreuung - so muss Urlaub sein. Wir hatten einfach eine tolle Woche und kommen gerne wieder!

Unglaubliche Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung bietet sehr hochwertigen komfort. Alles ist sehr sauber und in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Bei Ankunft War für alles gesorgt; Eine Obstschale für einen Snack , viele Kaffeekapseln sowie eine große Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen standen zur Auswahl. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr freundliche Umgang der Vermieter mit uns. Immer sehr zuvorkommend , höflich und hilfsbereit. Vorallem aber keine Mühe gescheut , uns Schöne wamderrouten rauszusuchen und unseren Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen. Wenn nochmal Südtirol , dann definitiv bei Crioli!

"Luxusapartment im Herzen der Dolomiten" - Der Name ist hier mehr als Programm. Die großzügige Wohnung ist in jeglicher Hinsicht ansprechend und zugleich extrem hochwertig eingerichtet, sie ist eine wunderbare Kombination aus Südtiroler Charme und Moderne. Christian als Vermieter ist zudem ein klasse Ansprechpartner und jederzeit für einen guten Rat ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und tolle Tage in Niederdorf verbracht, an denen es rein gar nichts auszusetzen gab. Wir kommen gewiss wieder! :)

Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben!

Die Wohnung ist eine der schönsten, in der wir bis jetzt Ferien gemacht haben. Wir waren zwei Familien und es war genug Platz für alle und alles. Der Mix "modern plus alpenländisch" ist wirklich gut gelungen und alle Zimmer einschließlich Bäder sind geschmackvoll gestaltet und sehr komfortabel. Selbst die Kinder haben es so genossen, abends am Kamin zu sitzen und ins Feuer zu schauen, dass der Fernseher nicht benötigt wurde! Der Standort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge verschiedenster Art. Wir haben meist nahegelegene, kindergeeignete Skigebiete angesteuert. Theoretisch bräuchte man dafür noch nicht einmal ein Auto, da man diese Orte gut mit einer Bahn erreicht. Wir waren im Winter dort, aber der großzügige und ebenfalls geschmackvoll gestaltete Balkon lässt vermuten, dass man es auch im Sommer sehr schön hat. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und egal ob kulturelle, sportliche oder kulinarische Angelegenheiten - mit ihren Hinweisen und Empfehlungen konnten wir unsere Tage bedarfsgerecht planen, ohne stundenlang die Nasen in Bücher und Karten stecken zu müssen. Unser Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg und wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Langlaufurlaub in traumhafter Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung mit 6 Personen belegt, wo man sagen muss das die 2 ,die im Etagen Bettzimmer übernachteten, schon einige Abstriche machen mussten. Die Gegend ist für Naturliebhaber ein Traum. Eine Woche langlaufen in sagenhafter Umgebung. Die Wohnung kann man für 4 Personen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns in allen Teilen sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr großzügig angelegt, so dass man reichlich Platz zur Verfügung hat. Die gepflegten Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, modern, geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Dank gilt den netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern, die uns u.a. tolle Empfehlungen für Wanderungen sowie für weitere Unternehmungen geben konnten. Winterurlaub im März 2014

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung mit einer sehr schönen Einrichtung. Wir haben die 14 Tage Urlaub sehr genossen! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Abfahrtsmöglichkeiten, Loipen und auch Möglichkeiten zum Schneeschuhwandern. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und können das Appartement uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Kronplatz) whether the Nobel Ski Resort Cortina d'Ampezzo, Venice for a day trip, hike to the place their Three Peaks. From beautiful balloon rides over the Dolomites, paragliding, beautiful ferratas for beginners or professionals, enjoyable restaurants with local / national and international cuisine, spa for expander into Cron4 or Cascade
