Contryhouse in The Perche

We have the house you need to find the peace and quiet of the countryside!
Pretty house renovated with taste in the heard of the Perche: 15 minutes from Mortagne au Perche, 15 minutes from Bellême. In the heart of the forest of Valdieu-Réno.
The main house faces a barn to renovate. The whole lot belongs to our house.
Inside :
- A beautiful kitchen equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, etc.) and all the dishes you need
- A large living room for naps, reading breaks, games, and meals
- 3 double bedrooms (the 3rd one is being renovated)
- 1 large bathroom
- 2 toilets
Outside: a large courtyard, a garden, and a meadow of 1.5 hectares with
- garden furniture
- 1 barbecue
- 2 outdoor dining areas that can be adjusted according to your tastes and your desire for shade or sun
- 2 to 3 horses in the meadow who love apples and carrots
In the area
- Walks in the forest just behind our house
- A greenway for bike rides.
- Good products to taste and flea markets to bargain for.
