Just renovated! Enjoy ocean waves and sweeping views of the Pacific in this stunning Hawaiian style townhome in Poipu Beach, Kauai. Creature comforts: Newly Installed central air for a good nights sleep; do not lie awake to the sound of portable ACs that are at the majority of Kapili units. Poipu Kapili #16 is a spacious 2-story 2-bedroom/3 full bath, 1837 sq ft. condo (sleeps 8) that is just steps from the amazing pool, Pacific Ocean, as well as community tennis/pickleball courts and the gas grills. It offers brand new appliances in a beautiful and well-stocked kitchen, all new bath and shower enclosures, completely updated furnishings, new TV’s, and multiple guest amenities including A/C and in unit washer & dryer. The immaculate grounds and lush tropical foliage of Poipu Kapili are just a short stroll to Sheraton Beach, Kiahuna Beach, Koloa Landing and the shops and restaurants at Kukiu'ula.

The Space:

This condo provides stunning views from the kitchen, dining/living room and master bedroom. And the beautiful new furnishings will ensure a relaxing respite that you deserve on your vacation. Luxurious comfort includes all the amenities and tropical furnishings any true Kauai experience could provide. The large master suite has a king bed perfect for gazing out the full-length glass doors that open directly across the beautiful lawn to the blue Pacific. The en suite master bath has double sinks, and a gorgeous walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, (unlike many Kapilli units that have "full size" beds) with an en suite bath with a single sink and large tub/shower. The ground floor has a third bath with a shower that is excellent for rinsing off after tennis, swimming, etc. A private lanai off the living room is great for watching the water and soaking up the sun!

Guest Access:

A few of the amenities include HD TV, WiFi, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella, as well as a King bed, two Queen beds, and a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa.

Louvered windows crank open to allow the trade winds to flow throughout. Central air conditioning for your sleeping comfort on Kauai's warmer nights. (Please note the majority of the units at the Poipu Kapili resort do not have central A/C).

Other Things to Note:

Poipu Shopping Village is a few hundred yards away as are the Shops at Kukiu'ula, with upscale shopping, galleries and many restaurants and cafes, along with a market and drugstore. Just down the coastline is the 5-Star Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa, offering golf, yoga, and workout facilities to all.

According to Frommer's Online Travel Guide, Poipu Kapili is the premier South Side resort condo complex. Here you will find a relaxed atmosphere and impeccably-kept grounds. With only 60 units in the entire complex, you'll never be crowded. There are two tennis/pickleball courts, a garden for harvesting your own fresh herbs for dinner, and a well-staffed front office. The pool area has its own unobstructed ocean views. Between December and May, watch the breaching whales as the pods pass directly in front of Poipu Kapili. Year-round you'll see schools of dolphins and deep-sea turtles playing in the waves.

Family Trip

Family trip for a family of six. With four daughters having three bathrooms was very helpful! The location could not have been any more perfect for us. The pool was within steps, the tennis courts and grill right outside the door and the ocean view beautiful! The beaches were a quick 6 or 17 minute casual walk! Snorkeling is great right where you are at! Honestly this place is our top pick of anywhere we have stayed!

Great location, great views, great condo. Very well stocked across the board. The owner was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We especially liked that it’s two stories so no one above or below us. We only had four people but it could easily house six at least. I highly recommend this one.

Beautiful condo in paradise!

This was our first visit to Kauai and we couldn’t have chosen a better location or accommodations. The condo was beautifully appointed with a well equipped kitchen and stunning views from the lanai and master bedroom. Just a few steps from the lanai provided awesome sunsets every evening over the gorgeous ocean. The pool was also just steps from our lanai, and was so refreshing, and never crowded. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a very nice time in Kauai and we really enjoyed Steve and Kristen's condo. It's obvious they take great pride in their place. They were great hosts. Very helpful and responsive, both before and during our visit. And Wendy had the place spotless for our arrival. The condo was well furnished and very comfortable. Location was great. Close enough to action and attractions, but very relaxing and calm. We definitely will return to Kauai, and we definitely will look for Steve and Kristen to be our hosts.
