Great access to the slopes and downtown: What else could you want for your next stay in Breck? Well, how about a comfy condo with great amenities and room for eight! This is a place you and your group will want to come back to year after year. Go ahead: Everyone is going to love it!

Located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O’Clock Road in downtown Breckenridge, our Park Place condos are close to the lifts and a short stroll to Main Street. Guests can ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to their condo. The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo works perfectly for families or groups of up to eight. Walking into the living area, you’ll love the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony. There’s also great natural light, plenty of seating, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, room for eight at the dining table, and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Great location and layout
Great unit and good stay overall, just wish we had a better response from the management company on an issue noted below. This unit has a nice layout, with a bedroom/bathroom on either side of the entrance hallway, and a good sized living room/kitchen/dining area in the back half of the unit. Bedrooms have lots of storage and use space really well, and separation of bathroom/shower areas provided good privacy. Beds were fine, with extra blankets available in the closets. Plenty of nice bath towels. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware, etc., but do include things like oil and salt on your shopping list. The owner/property manager might also consider adding to the supply of glassware. Overall the unit was clean enough — it could use a deep clean, but that’s understandable at the end of ski season. Check in was a keyless entry, and parking was easy and stress-free with two parking passes hanging in the entryway. Easy walk to town and the shuttle. The unit is on the second floor, accessed by stairs. One bummer about our stay was the smell of smoke in the living/dining areas when we arrived. I contacted the property management company to ask if they had an air purifier, and their response was, “… you can try to open the windows. You may also try to buy an air purifier from the nearest grocery store.” I’m not sure who is visiting Breckenridge to shop for an air purifier. We kept the patio door open for a couple of days — which helped but obviously made it colder inside.

Great Location
The condo is just the right size. Plenty of room for 4 people. Well stocked kitchen and a nice grill on the deck. Easy bus ride to the lifts and ski down to a short walk back at the end of the day. Downtown is only a 2 minute walk.

Great Location and Very Comfortable
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for walking to main street and for catching the shuttle to the slopes and skiing in at the end of the day.The condo had two private suites which was great for two couples.The beds were very comfotable. The only small thing that I would suggest, is to provide more glassware. Other than coffee mugs, there wasn't enough glassware and wine glasses to go around. Everything else was perfect!
