Feel your stress disappear as soon as you open the door to unit 2123 in Sandpiper Cove. The unit had been remodeled offering a huge balcony with amazing views of the Emerald green waters, white sparkling sands and beautiful furniture seating to enjoy the Destin breeze. The condo is on second floor (no elevator) and offers space for a family/friends of 6 (if with kids) or 5 adults to stay comfortably and two parking spaces. This unit has been converted into a 1 1/2 bedrooms but at a lower rate than a regular two bedroom condo. Open concept living room with spacious kitchen offering plenty of granite counter top space and all supplies needed for your meals. Living area offers plenty of seating area where the couch folds out to a queen sofa sleeper. A cute dining area is also provided in the living space. The small guest converted bedroom has twin bunk beds and wardrobe. The master bedroom has a king size bed, closet, spacious dresser, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a beautiful view. Two bathrooms. Both with walk-in shower. This condo also offers a washer and dryer and internet and TV cable. Doorbell camera next to the front porch's door. That is the only camera present at the property.
Sandpiper Cove is a gated resort located on the heart of Destin, where you can find excellent restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, amusement parks, lots of fantastic golf courses and also Destin's harbor which offers pontoon boat and jet skis rentals, dauphins and sunset cruises, deep sea fishing trips, scuba and snorkeling trips, and many other activities.
Sandpiper Cove features a private beach, a beach bar and café, 5 swimming pools (2 heated ones), 9 hole par 3 golf course, hot tub/spa whirlpool, tennis courts, Event Center, Boat docking (please check SPC website for docking request), canal, marina and the Louisiana Lagniappe, a fine dining restaurant overlooking the Harbor with amazing sunsets, on site.

Great Beach Week!

This property was accurate to the pictures and was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. It was close to the beach with our own beach walkway, beautiful view and the host replied within hours if we needed anything. It was perfect for our family of 5. Definitely will be staying again.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo in Destin, FL! The property is located in a safe, family-friendly community that made us feel comfortable and right at home—perfect for kids. The short walk to the beach was incredibly convenient and made our beach days super easy and stress-free.The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. It was also stocked with several essential items (like kitchen basics, bathroom/shower basics, and even some beach gear), which made settling in a breeze and saved us a trip to the store right away.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Absolutely enjoyed my time at this property . The owner communicated every detail and made the experience enjoyable and easy to use. The property was very nicely updated and functional. The property had many little things done that made staying here next level compared to other condos I’ve stayed at in same complex. We found the condo to be as pictured/described. We loved staying on the beach side of Sandpiper Cove. It had a wonderful view of the gulf from the large balcony. Super quick walk to the beach to enjoy the provided beach service, as well as the additional beach chairs the host supplied. Condo was clean & cozy & had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated all the thoughtful amenities throughout. Loved being close to all the shopping, restaurants, and boardwalk. Myrian was a wonderful & helpful host. We appreciated the communication throughout our booking & stay. One of the best experiences we've had.

Returning customers

This was our family’s 2nd stay in this beachfront unit and it was just a fantastic as before! My parents were in the unit below us, my sister and her family 2 units to the left, and my brother and his family across the street. We absolutely love everything Sandpiper cove has to offer and we start every morning on the beach. Most evenings are spent on the porch watching the kids play in the sand. This unit’s porch is spacious and has the best Gulf of America breeze in the evenings. The 2 bunks and pull out couch were perfect for the two teens and my younger child while my husband and I enjoyed our private room with a door and our own bathroom! Trust me when I say that this unit is worth the expense. You won’t find a better location, view, or a more responsive host. Can’t wait to stay again soon! Thanks for a great July 4th week!

Destin area is amazing because this city have have all the nature and the most beautiful sea and so many tons of blue and the sand is as white as snow, it is incredible beautiful. At the same time, the city offers plenty of fun activities, plenty of options of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, clinics, everything you possible need, is right there. It is a developed city in the middle of the nature. Just perfect.

This property is unique because it is on the sand, on the second floor of a TWO-Story only building that gives you the sense of being in a beach bungalow. The balcony is big and you can feel the breeze out looking the ocean, the dunes... it is so relaxing.
