In a peaceful setting, surrounded by forest on a 13-hectare property shared with the owners, featuring a 1.5-hectare pond (fishing permitted), this semi-detached cottage is ideally situated for hiking or cycling (bikes available on site) and visiting the Sologne castles. Semi-detached, single-story cottage of 74 m² with:

- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room,

- two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a 160x200 cm double bed and Bedroom 2 with three 90x190 cm single beds (two of which can be joined to make a 180x190 cm double bed),

- a separate shower room (shower, sink),

- a separate toilet

The cottage can also be rented for 7 people with an additional bedroom and shower room (Rent Ref. H45G030447).

- On the shared 13-hectare property, you will have access to a 1.5-hectare private pond (carp fishing possible).
