3-person apartment with pool near the beach

Apartment in the Residence "Les Jardins de la Mer", in the town of Linguizzetta, 250 metres from the beach (3 minutes walk). More precisely in Bravone, located between the north and south of Corsica, 50 minutes from the port of Bastia and 40 minutes from the airport. Very easy to access by the T10. The beaches are lined with maquis or vineyards.
You are on the eastern coast, bordered by the Tyrrhenian Sea, near Aléria (a town steeped in history) and Cervione (land of hazelnuts). This is the least windy coast in Corsica.
50 min from Corté (swimming in the natural pools and walks in the Restonica gorges)
1 hour from Orezza
1h20 from Porto Vecchio and Palombaggia, the most beautiful beach of the Isle of Beauty
1h30 from Calvi and Ile Rousse
1h50 from Bonifacio, the southernmost city of Corsica
At the start of beautiful hikes around the ponds of Diane and Urbino.
A few kilometres away, the ascent of San Petronius will make you discover a magical forest.
On Thursdays, the Bravone market, located 1km away, allows you to discover Corsican specialities to taste on the spot or to take home to extend the holidays.
This long beach, which calls for idleness and swimming in this transparent water, slopes very gently and will reassure parents.
In a small, quiet residence of 46 apartments, secure with free parking space, 1 swimming pool and 1 paddling pool open from mid-June to the end of September.
Small Market at 50 open from the beginning of June to mid-September, Leclerc supermarket about 10 minutes by car.
We have:
- 1 T2 of 27 m2 for 3 people max, consisting of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet, a kitchen area, a living room with double bed bench and a 7m2 terrace where you can have your meals next to the maquis.
Equipped kitchen, microwave, crockery and cooking utensils.
Television with TNT channels, free WIFI (code available at reception).
Reversible ceiling fan in bedroom and living room.
Non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed.

Appartement conforme à la descrption. Petit mais fonctionnel et suffisant pour les vacances. La piscine est un vrai plus. Le propriétaire est très réactif en cas de petit souci. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Adresse à garder.

Einfache Ausstattung in kleinen Appartements.

Das Appartement ist recht klein und nicht klimatisiert. Ein Kinderbett im Schlafzimmer würde eng. Die Küche bietet das Wichtigste, aber auch nicht mehr (5-6 fache Austattung an Geschirr und Besteck). Die Kochmesser sind stumpf. Handspülen ist angesagt. Die Warmwasseraufbeteitung ("Boiler") hängt im Bad und erhitzt die ganze Wohnung deutlich. Wlan gab es nur zeitweise im näheren Umfeld der Rezeption, nicht in den Zimmern. Auch sonst ist der Netzempfang nur außerhalb der Appartements erträglich. Das scheint aber abhängig von den Nutzungszeiten und der Wetterlage zu sein. Auf der Straße geht's besser als in der Anlage. Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit den wichtigsten Dingen ist in fußläufiger Entfernung. Es gibt zwei Pool auf dem Gelände: enen Babypool und einen Schwimmerpool. Pünktlich um 19.30 wird dieser jedoch abgeschlossen und erst am späten Morgen (10 Uhr?) geöffnet. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine auf dem Gelände. Öffentliche Waschsalons sind ca 10 km entfernt. Den nächsten Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Der war im August 2022 nicht überlaufen, sauber und ruhig, wenn man keine Strandbars etc sucht. Ansonsten braucht man für Ausflüge ein Auto und viel Zeit. Die Entfernungen sind trotz kleiner Kilometetzahlen nicht zu unterschätzen, da die Hauptstraßen oft voll sind und im Landesinneren die Straßen baulich bedingt oft nur "halbes Tempo" zulassen. Dafür kann aber die Anlage nichts... Handtücher und Bettzeug kann man kostenpflichtig ausleihen oder selbst mitbringen. Das Personal ist freundlich, spricht aber kein Englisch, geschweige denn Deutsch. Mit Französisch, Italienisch und Korsisch kann man sich wohl besser verständigen, wenn man es beherrscht. Die Gäste waren während unseres Aufenthaltes überwiegend Italiener. Insgesamt eine ruhige und freundliche Athmosphäre. Für eine Woche war der Aufenthalt ok. Für längere Urlaube würde ich mir was anderes suchen.
