Charming 90m² house, 3 bedrooms, air conditioning, fenced garden, and private pool (7m x 3.5m, depth 1.6m) in a quiet small residential area at the end of a dead-end street in the lovely village of Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne.

All bedrooms upstairs have double beds, the kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, and the living/dining room is spacious. The house also features TV, Wi-Fi, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, air conditioning on every level, a fenced garden, and a secure pool (safety cover or alarm) with thermal insulation using a bubble cover. The shaded terrace under a charming pergola offers a green view over the surrounding hills.

Ideally located between Avignon and the Luberon, this house provides a relaxing and sought-after environment, allowing you to:

Nice but camping just beside gives sometimes not so nice noise and litter is just beside of the house garden from the camping wich gives not so nice flys now and than when you are eating.

Wonderful property in a great location

The house is wonderful and has everything required for a relaxing holiday. The air conditioning keeps the house at a sensible temperature, and provides a nice escape from the heat, when you're not in the pool which is a great size. The location is good as you can walk into the village in approximately 10-15 mins where you will find a Carrefour Express, a small Boulangerie, and a variety of cafes and restaurants. The village itself is also very pretty if you walk to the top and look down. It is only a 5 minute drive to the most amazing Boulangerie and just under 5 minutes beyond that is a large supermarket. We stayed at the property with our two young children and the pool alarm and gates at the front of the property meant we could relax as we knew the place was secure. Communication with the owner was excellent, and overall we couldn't have asked for anything better.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette belle maison et région Une très belle maison décorée avec style qui offre 3 belles chambres, une grande salle de bain et une grande pièce à vivre/cuisine sans oublier le jardin clôturer qui a permis à mon petit chien de s'amuser en toute liberté Parfait pour notre voyage à 5 Le grand plus reste la piscine et la climatisation, fort agréable Le camping qui se trouve juste à coté est très calme De plus, l'hôte Florent est très gentil, à l'écoute, et de bons conseils Une très bonne communication depuis le tout début de la réservation jusqu'à notre séjour et notre départ Merci beaucoup à vous Nous recommandons à 100% de choisir ce lieu pour des vacances/weekends :)

Casa cómoda y amplia en urbanización en calle sin salida

Casa sencilla pero cómoda y bien equipada. Muy limpia y bien conservada, pero no los exteriores. La entrada fue muy mal, esperando casi dos horas, y con el inconveniente de la comunicación (idioma y falta de cobertura en la zona). Piscina de liner, resbaladiza e incómoda que casi no pudimos utilizar por hacer mucho viento. Tampoco pudimos utilizar el garaje por estar ocupado con vehículos del propietario... La zona no nos gustó y sin servicios (ni para tirar las basuras encontramos cerca). Alquiler muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Gracias por sus valiosos comentarios. Le quiero agradecer por mencionar la comodidad, la limpieza y el hecho de que la casa esté bien equipada. Me entristece escuchar que para usted la entrada no fue buena y que no encontraron dónde tirar la basura. Lamento la falta de comunicación a pesar de los mensajes que enviamos para saber su hora de llegada aproximadamente, o durante su estancia para ver si todo estaba bien, o para conocer su hora de salida. Todos los mensajes enviados fueron en español, y a su llegada pudieron tener una llamada de bienvenida con mi esposa, quien habla perfectamente español. Los exteriores los mantengo yo y están tal como se muestran en las fotos de Abritel. En el anuncio se indica que no hay garaje porque el nuestro es demasiado pequeño para coches nuevos, pero lo dejamos a su disposición porque pueden utilizar la lavadora y el BBQ. Como les informamos, pueden estacionar dentro del jardín, en el camino frente a la casa, y afuera, frente al portón. Hacemos todo lo posible para que nuestros invitados se sientan en casa y disfruten de su estancia en una región muy bonita.

Très belle maison !

Maison très bien équipée, propre et décorée avec beaucoup de sobriété. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. De jolis espaces de rangement dans les chambres. La piscine est équipée d'un système d'alarme très utile avec des enfants. La climatisation a été un réel confort. Proche d'Avignon. Le lotissement est très calme et nous n'avons pas subi de nuisance sonore malgré la présence d'un camping atenant au jardin. Très chouette séjour ! Encore merci.

Propriétaire très sympathique et réactif. Logement neuf avec tous les équipements (la clim fut vraiment la bienvenue). La piscine vient d'être terminée. Tout doit se faire en voiture et il n' y a pas de commerces juste à côté. Proximité d'Isle sur la Sorgue (+- 20 minutes).
