About this property

Treetop Hideaway

Second story apartment set among the treetops in a quiet single family neighborhood. This studio apartment is completely independent from the main house. No sharing, because your kitchen, bathroom, water heater, washer/dryer, parking area are solely yours to use.

All linens are washed at highest temperature on extended cycle and dried on hottest setting. Sheets, pillow cases and bath and kitchen towels/wash rags are bleached. All surfaces are cleaned and high touch areas disinfected. The mattress is contained within a plastic protective cover. The entire apartment is dusted, vacuumed and mopped between guests. The mop is bleached between guests.

I do not accept back to back bookings. The apartment is allowed to remain empty for at least 24 hours between guests.

Extended Stay

Nice quiet neighborhood. Apartment separate from the house. Direct parking and entry through the alley. Everything worked and was clean. The host is easy to reach and and resolve any issues.

Fantastic Stay!

Kim's place is the best. This was my second summer here as a long-term stay, and I felt super safe as a single female traveler. Kim is super communicative and very helpful if you ever have any questions. The place has everything you may need as a long-term stay which is what makes it really stand out and was one of the reasons I chose to stay here again. Great place to stay!

Good for the Price

Our host stocked the apartment well for our arrival. The one time equipment malfunctioned, Kim went the extra mile to accommodate us. The clothes washer and dryer were handy. Access and parking worked well. We were able to get two fairly small vehicles and even a small trailer in the drive. We liked the easy access to grocery, pharmacy, etc. and to Hwy 75 (Central Expressway).

Great Stay!

I felt very safe as a female staying alone at Kim's property for two months. Her place was perfect and even better than the pictures, and had everything that I needed. Kim was also very responsive and easy to reach through the VRBO app, and was super fast to answer any of the questions I had. I had never stayed in a rental property for that long before, and it was a great experience.

Great getaway for a weekend

Property manager was very helpful and communicative every step of the way. Perfect little place for a weekend in big D. One thing to be aware of is that the alley to get into the property is VERY narrow, so leave the truck at home!
