Complete with 6 bedroom 4,500+ sf custom-built Lakehouse with water views from every window on both floors, 2 wifi networks, boat dock, not one but TWO brand new (2022) Canadian Spa Company hot tubs one on the front and one on the back deck, expansive private beaches, 6 Flat Screen TV's, fire pit, newly upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and fully automatic Delonghi fully automatic coffee maker + granite countertops, and both a whirlpool jet tub in the second floor bathroom and soaker tub in the island owner's suite.

Great for couples, groups, families, corporate retreats, special events, and teams up to 12 guests. The location has hosted several private weddings (up to 40 guests), a 100 person dining fundraiser with 6 chefs, several team building activities and brand events. Offered on a case by case basis and for additional fees.

Unique, Beautiful Private Island

If you are looking for a private island to your self this is a great spot to vacation. The property is unique in every way, with many activities to offer. Excellent to host large groups inside and outside! Two different beaches on the island to enjoy, and large deck / outdoor living space to relax with friends & family.
