It's the dream Townhouse near the beach. First floor has the Kitchen, Living Room, Half Bathroom. Second floor has Full Bathroom and Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed with balcony. Third floor has Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed. Newly renovated townhouse. Up to 2 Guest can stay. Must pay $450 security deposit. Deposit returned after stay if no missing items or damages occur. I supply water, snacks, tea, coffee. Also, supply hand sanitizer, face masks, and disinfectant wipes. Recent Renovations. LOOKING FOR MONTHLY RENTAL GUESTS BETWEEN 3 TO 6 MONTHS. STARTING $1,450 MONTHLY RENTAL. MAYBE NEGOTIATE. PLEASE SERIOUS INQUIRIES.
