Grand appartement cosy. En plein cƓur d’Ajaccio avec facilitĂ© de parking gratuit Ă  proximitĂ©. Personnellement, impression de clostrophobie, je n’ai pas apprĂ©ciĂ© la situation en « sous-sol » et l’absence d’ouverture sur l’extĂ©rieur, ouvertures sur les petites cours trĂšs Ă©troites, avec de hauts murs. Les parties communes pour l’accĂšs sont peu engageantes. AccĂšs sur la plage avec clĂ© uniquement. Wifi et tĂ©lĂ©phone passent mal ds l’appartement. Il manquait Ă©galement savon, papier toilette et livres pour enfants dĂ©crits sur l’annonce. Finalement pas vraiment adaptĂ© pour nos enfants

Pas d'hésitation

Coin de paradis, appartement fabuleux, impeccable pour 6 mais nous Ă©tions 3. 2 pas et demi de la plage de trotel, pareil pour les commerces. Le marchĂ© a pied en passant par le centre d'Aiacciu, incontournable. Bref 3 setimane de rĂȘve. La propriĂ©taire sympas, de bon conseil et pas invasive. Merci Marie
