Grand appartement cosy. En plein cœur d’Ajaccio avec facilité de parking gratuit à proximité. Personnellement, impression de clostrophobie, je n’ai pas apprécié la situation en « sous-sol » et l’absence d’ouverture sur l’extérieur, ouvertures sur les petites cours très étroites, avec de hauts murs. Les parties communes pour l’accès sont peu engageantes. Accès sur la plage avec clé uniquement. Wifi et téléphone passent mal ds l’appartement. Il manquait également savon, papier toilette et livres pour enfants décrits sur l’annonce. Finalement pas vraiment adapté pour nos enfants…

Coin de paradis, appartement fabuleux, impeccable pour 6 mais nous étions 3. 2 pas et demi de la plage de trotel, pareil pour les commerces. Le marché a pied en passant par le centre d'Aiacciu, incontournable. Bref 3 setimane de rêve. La propriétaire sympas, de bon conseil et pas invasive. Merci Marie

L’appartement est idéalement placé à 20 m de la plage ; juste une petite place à traverser Les pièces sont spacieuses En vacances en famille avec un bébé de 10 mois, la proximité de la plage et du centre ville à permis à chacun de vaquer à ses occupations à pied ; la plage en face de l’appartement, sans être la plus belle d’Ajaccio est néanmoins très agréable, et poissonneuse
