Großes, überteuertes Familienobjekt

Das Haus ist großzügig mit schönem, großem und privatem Garten, die Betten sind sehr gut, Küche ist groß und angemessen ausgestattet (Wasserkocher könnte mal erneuert werden, riecht fürchtlich nach Kunststoff). Allerdings ist es wahnsinnig hellhörig (man hört einfach alles - überall) und die Ausstattung teilweise reichlich in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt war es wenig gemütlich (wir hatten auch Regentage und es fehlt für 6 Personen an weiteren gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer - ich würde auch die Wintergartenflächen gemütlicher nutzen, aber das ist Geschmackssache), der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, der DVD-Player hatte nicht die passenden Anschlüsse (konnte also nicht verwendet werden) und die Sauberkeit ließ arg zu wünschen übrig (Küchenoberflächen klebrig, Geschirr dreckig, Dreck in den Ecken). Die Agentur kann ich nicht empfehlen, nur die erste Rate wurde über FeWo vorgenommen, die zweite über eine dubiose Website angefordert, die Kaution über eine weitere noch dubiosere. Uns wurde konsequent auf französisch geschrieben (englisch wäre super gewesen), die Begrüßung und Einweisung war chaotisch und abweisend (die Damen kannten sich im Haus nicht aus). Die Abnahme und Verabschiedung (eine andere Dame) dagegen war ausgesprochen freundlich und professionell. Insgesamt waren wir enttäuscht, zumal das das teuerste Objekt war, was wir jemals für vergleichbare Objekte (mit Internet) in der Region gebucht hatten. Absolut überteuert auch die Reinigungs- + Servicegebühr.
