From the moment you enter the villa, you enter the main room of 80m². Bathed in light throughout the day, this south-facing living room has a large kitchen that opens onto the dining room and living room. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, a wine cellar and adapted appliances (2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, etc.). Thanks to its large 4-metre bay window and its typically Provencal French windows, the villa is resolutely outward-looking.

You will find 2 sleeping areas, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms with 180x200 bedding, each with its own bathroom with shower and WC, with access to the outside terrace for each bedroom. A 3rd bedroom completes this part of the villa and shares a large space of 25m2 with the laundry area (including 180x200 bed and outside access at the terrace).

The upper floor is accessible through a beautiful staircase in natural stone (travertine) and leads to the second night space with 2 bedrooms. The bedding of the 5 rooms is of quality and dates from 2021. All rooms in the villa are equipped with shutters offering real "dark nights".
The villa is secured via volumetric and perimeter alarms. Car park with electric gate and remote control, code and video intercom that can accommodate 8/10 cars including a 4 vehicles carport.

The villa has been designed for outside living : accessible from the living room, the wide-open bay window leads to a 100m² terrace, all in travertine, with a large dining table under the shade of a century-old plane tree and a magnificent contemporary 35m2 pergola designed in wrought iron/wood. “Apéros”, meals and idleness guaranteed at any time of the day !
