Welcome to Gujan-Mestras, the town of seven harbours!<br><br>If you love the bay, oysters, and peace and quiet, you’ll be able to relax in a truly special setting.<br><br>A 4-bedroom villa located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a 1,500 m² lot with trees and no neighbors in sight.<br>A very pleasant home to live in, featuring a covered terrace and an outdoor kitchen. <br>Seasonally heated saltwater pool.<br><br>Close to the coastal trail, bike paths, the forest, and all the activities Arcachon and its region have to offer.<br><br>The villa features a large living area open to the kitchen, a sleeping area with 4 bedrooms, a master bathroom, and a shower room in one of the bedrooms.<br>The main covered terrace allows for outdoor dining regardless of the weather. There is also a picnic table in the garden, shaded by trees.<br>A plancha grill is available in the summer kitchen, as well as a wood-fired barbecue.<br>Large property with an automatic gate and parking for 4 vehicles.<br><br>The house has 4 bedrooms, including one suite with a shower room and toilet. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, while the fourth is furnished with 2 single beds for children, one of which is a bunk bed. <br><br>The house has 2 shower rooms:<br>The main bathroom features a bathtub, a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, and a double sink.<br>The bathroom is part of the suite and consists of a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a sink, and a toilet area.<br><br><br>SALT-WATER POOL<br><br>The pool is surrounded by a terrace. The water is heated from May through October. <br>The pool uses a salt treatment system, so the water is gentle on the skin and eyes. A solar-heated shower is available if you’d like to rinse off.<br>The pool is secured by a standard-compliant rigid cover, but we would like to draw your attention to the risks associated with swimming pools and the need for a lifeguard if you are accompanied by people who cannot swim. <br><br><br>SURROUNDINGS<br><br>All amenities (bakery, produce stand, butcher shop, fish market, supermarket, wine shop, etc.) are less than a 5-minute drive from the villa or a 10-minute bike ride (bikes available for rent in Gujan-Mestras)<br><br>Easy access to activities offered by the town of Gujan-Mestras and the surrounding area:<br>- Amusement park 10 minutes away by car (KidParc, Parc de la Coccinelle, tree-top adventure course, laser tag, mini-golf, casino, bowling, etc.),<br>- La Hume Beach, 10 minutes away,<br>- Lake Cazaux, about 20 minutes away,<br>- Arcachon is also about 20 minutes away,<br><br>The villa is between 20 and 30 minutes from the Dune du Pilat and the ocean beaches.<br>Gujan-Mestras also has an 18-hole golf course, and there is a renowned international course in Arcachon.<br><br><br>Housekeeping is included in the price of your stay.<br>Household linens (bedding, bath towels, and kitchen linens) are provided; you are only responsible for beach towels.
