Maison spacieuse . L'eau du Cher au bout du terrain est tiède en été , le top pour se baigner. Les canoës sont pratiques mais si vous faites plus d'1m80 c'est compliqué pour rentrer dedans.Le puzzle de 500 pièces à l'étage (avec des pingouins) est addictif , 4 jours pour le faire à 4 . A faire sur la table basse du salon au RDC . Un conseil : en été prenez vos ventilateurs car il fait vraiment très chaud.

Das Haus ist fantastisch! Mit Liebe eingerichtet, ein riesengroßer Garten, alles, wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Im Fluss konnten wir baden. Sehr sauber. Mit dem Hund kann man gleich zwischen den Feldern spazieren gehen. Leider gibt es kaum Restaurants in der Nähe. Dafür haben wir im Garten gegrillt. Für einen entspannten Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen!

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst door Axelle ! Huisje was fijn in orde. Na de eerste snelle installatie al genoten van de schitterende tuin & lounge-hoek. Het huis beschikt over alle faciliteiten die je maar kan wensen voor een fijne vakantie !!! Prachtige uitvalsbasis om de mooie streek te ontdekken te voet en/of de wagen. Ik ga stoppen want anders hebben wij volgende jaar geen plaats meer om te boeken .... Want wij zijn volgend jaar terug van de partij !!! Dikke merci.

Très belle maison au calme

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine ! La maison est décorée avec goût. Bien agencée. Les chambres sont à l’étage. Literie de qualité. La cuisine est très bien équipée (machine Nespresso, lave linge, lave vaisselle). L’arrière de la maison donne sur un immense jardin très bien entretenu. Quel plaisir de petit déjeuner et dîner face a la nature! Des Canoës sont à disposition pour en profiter sur la rivière qui est au fond du jardin. Pas mal d’excursions faisables aux alentours. La voiture est indispensable. Les propriétaires ont toujours été disponibles et à l’écoute. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette belle maison.

Très jolie maison de campagne

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison d’Axelle et Eric, avec qui la communication a été très fluide ! Nous avons apprécié le charme de la maison, l’immense jardin, le calme, le Cher au fond du jardin (mon mari avait amené sa canne à pêche !).

A charming country home

Like all the best holiday rentals, this charming property was a family home, which had belonged to the owner's mother and had been lovingly and stylishly redecorated by the current owner with some lovely pieces from brocantes. The pictures don't really do justice to the property; it has a great, relaxing energy. The new fitted kitchen was attractive and functional and we enjoyed family meals at the table in the garden. We were blessed with perfect weather during our week in May and so were able to enjoy the large garden which slopes gently down to the river Cher, which can be accessed from the garden. Due the wet spring the river was a bit too high and fast for us to use the canoes but we did swim and paddle board. The property is in a quiet hamlet with good boulangeries 5 minutes' drive away in Foecy and Quincy. The nearby town of Mehun-sur-Yevre is charming and has restaurants, bars, cafe, butcher, boulanger and a good little weekly food market. There is also an Intermarche supermarket and a Lidl where you can get anything you need. Although there are fewer restaurants than in the more touristy areas of the Loire valley there are still plenty of good places to eat and we enjoyed a very creative and special meal at a nearby restaurant recommended by the property owner which is run by a Japanese couple. The property is a great base from which to explore this lovely region or to relax in the lovely surroundings of the house. The owner is helpful and responsive. Recommended!

Maison de charme dans le Berry

Accueil chaleureux, maison au charme authentique , décorée avec goût, très bien équipée, qui a fait notre bonheur et celui de nos deux chiens qui ont beaucoup apprécié le grand jardin descendant jusqu’au Cher… rempli de chants d’oiseaux et d’écureuils…
