The open-concept living area features soaring wood-beamed ceilings, a toasty wood stove, and plenty of comfy seating. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the essentials to whip up hearty meals and quick snacks with ease.

Location was excellent! Super close to the red line which was extremely convenient to get to the mountain. We also walked to dinner and the nearby brewery both nights. The house was perfect for our group with 3 bedrooms 2 baths Down stairs, and one bedroom one bath upstairs. Well equipped and everything worked! Also, parking spots were right by the front door. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

This house was spacious and comfortable and in a very convenient location. The kitchen was better stocked than we expected. If we come again I will bring my own pillow as the pillows were uncomfortable and some didn’t have pillowcases. The community pool is heated but was pretty chilly, I wished it was heated to a more comfortable temperature. A couple things were broken like the blinds in the master bedroom which wouldn’t close all the way and a bar in the shower that kept falling down but otherwise the house was clean and in good shape, and the heaters worked well. Our code didn’t work initially for checkin which was challenging during a major snowstorm and it took about 45 minutes to get someone on the phone to help but we eventually were able to get in and had no problems after that.

Best Christmas Family Vacation!

The home was better than described, cozy, comfy, very clean, well equipped, great location, I was there with my adult kids and there was plenty of room to spread out. This home will remain on my board for future use. Thank you and we will see you soon..

It was impossible to find. Fortunately I knew that from the comments so I asked a neighbor. The parking was weird and cars were getting parked in. The condo smelled pretty bad - my 8 yr old son nearly cried over having to sleep on the lower floor. The biggest issue was NO HOT WATER - not even “wait 10 minutes,” nothing. Freezing cold water. Would never stay here again. Also no smart television and only one tv in the whole place, which is fine for 2 days away but it is 2023…

Awesome location; some parts need improvement/attention

We totally enjoy how this spot is close to everything (restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shop, sporting goods stores, ski slope etc). The condo is decent. A little old but certainly private and quiet. Complains: We wish the Internet works a little better and faster (in some rooms we barely have signal), TV cables need fiddling (maybe broken); whole house heater doesn’t function swiftly (also takes fiddling); kitchen lighting is too dim at night. PROs: everything else was great; wooden fireplace was awesome; snow sleds were an awesome bonus for our kids. Check-in process was a little frustrating, although it started with our GPS led us to the wrong complex. I was on hold for a long time to get the office to help—and she had difficulty to describe or discern if I was at the right place or not. Outside of that, everything else was fine. We tried extend our stay but was told due to COVID they cannot make exceptions (which we accept). I loved the photos on the walls by the owners. Overall, it was our first time in Mammoth with the family and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Classic but Cozy (Great & No surprises)

This was exactly what we needed. There were no surprises. The photos show you what you're getting. Furniture and appliances are dated, but you get everything you need for a cozy stay in Mammoth. I wouldn't hesitate booking again. The layout is nice and it was easy to access. The property parking layout is a little wonky, but you get too easily accessible spots.
